A Purr-fect Playground!
I am impressed with this DIY Cardboard Cat House! I have two energetic cats, and this has quickly become their favorite spot in the house. The assembly was surprisingly straightforward, and the structure is remarkably sturdy once put together.The integrated scratching pad is a lifesaver for my furniture, and I love how the design doubles as both a cozy hideout and an interactive tunnel. Fun Cat Scratcher
This Mawrpet DIY Cat Scratcher turned out to be good. When I first opened the box the instructions weren’t included. I was able to contact the seller and they quickly responded and messaged me the instructions and they even have tutorials which are even easier than the paper directions. Once I figured out how to put one box together the rest were easy to assemble. It took me a little bit but I was able to put it together. My daughter’s cats sit in the top where the scratchers are. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because the small cardboard pieces that are supposed to hold the big boxes together keep loosening and/or falling out. I think they should have made them a bit longer. Overall, the cats are able to walk on it without a problem but the bigger cats haven’t tried it yet so I’m not sure how sturdy it will be. It’s advertised that it can hold up to a 70lb cat but I can’t see the cardboard holding.

These boxes are really small. My cat is 13 pounds and he never uses them because of the tight fit. He can’t turn around to “catch” his mice outside the box.

Fun for my cats, but not very sturdy
My cats are going to love this, but they are going to destroy it pretty quickly. The cardboard is not very thick and it is not very sturdy. The scratching pad is also thin and again, they will love it but will scratch through it very quickly. Some of my cats are big cats and one is as wide as she is long and I don’t have much faith that this will support them. It will be fun while it lasts though!I’m adding pictures of it after about 9 or 10 days of use. Not only is it disappearing, but the tabs that are supposed to hold it together are starting to get pulled out all the time. I knew it wouldn’t last with them, but this is faster than I thought it would be.

This was a cat Christmas present and they absolutely love it! As soon as we started building it they started inspecting it. It’s super sturdy and good value for your money.
