Works well with sponge filters
I have three of these set up to work with sponge filters for different tanks. It is very quiet and does provide good air flow for a good price. They seem to be durable as I haven’t had to replace any of them. They do have to sit flat somewhere and not touch any other items, or the vibration sound becomes annoying quickly.

Good inexpensive pump
So far so good! I have a 20 year old aquatic turtle. About a year & a half ago we were heading out of town for a bit so bought him some tiny comet feeder fish to hold him over. He ate all but one who now is as big as the turtle! I’ve had to add additional aeration to the tank and this pump is quiet- keep it flat so it sits on its feet and not leaning against anything. I just wish the tubing was easier to work with. It is super soft and just barely fits over the check valve and pump.

Good pump for small tanks
Good basic pump. Had for about 6 months now. Has rubber feet to stay quiet. But the hose was very soft. Recommend getting better hose for this unit. I used for a small 2 gallon tank to help aerate the water. Pumps good air. Would recommend for the price.
