High‑Quality Natural Cuttlebones.
The Amzey 12 Pack Cuttlebone for Birds turned out to be one of the best value purchases I’ve made for my flock. Every piece in the pack was a good size between 4 and 6 inches and you can immediately tell they’re real, sun‑dried cuttlebones. They’re lightweight but sturdy, with a clean, natural texture that my birds took to right away.What I appreciate most is the quality and consistency. None of the pieces arrived crushed or powdery, and they all had a smooth, pure surface that makes beak trimming easy and safe. My cockatiel use them most days and I’ve noticed healthier beak condition and better feather quality since adding these to their cages. The calcium boost is a huge plus, especially for birds that need extra support during molting or breeding seasons.The 12‑pack is a fantastic deal with plenty to keep on hand, share between cages, or rotate as needed. Natural Cuttlebone Pack for Birds – Good Size and Well Packaged
This is a box of natural cuttlebones intended for birds, reptiles, snails, and other small animals that benefit from additional calcium. The package contains multiple pieces (mine came as a 12-pack), each roughly in the 4–6 inch range as described.The cuttlebones arrived packed in a sealed plastic bag inside a small cardboard box with paper filler. Some powder residue was present in the bag, which is normal for cuttlebone since it is a naturally brittle material.The pieces themselves appear natural and unprocessed, with the typical layered texture you expect from real cuttlebone. Sizes vary slightly, but they are generally a good usable size for placing in a bird feeder or cage.I used a few pieces in a window feeder outside and birds quickly showed interest, which suggests they recognized it as a calcium source.Overall this looks like a straightforward natural cuttlebone pack with a good quantity for the price and typical natural variation in size and shape.

Back in the day when I first encountered a similar product, I did not believe that they were real or from a fish, LOL this was before internet or cell phones of course. I eventually looked them up years ago and I found that they are harvested from the cuttlefish that live out in the sea.Cuttlefish are funny looking creatures some of them are actually pretty. The bone or shell as it is, is removed and laid out in the sun to dry. There is no artificial treatments bleaching or additives.It is an excellent source of calcium and minerals. Not just for birds, can be given to hamsters, guinea pigs, reptiles etc.They can be broken into pieces, hung on the side of the cage or just by giving it to your pet.My African gray demolished one in less than 5 minutes. She had fun, polished her beak and took in some calcium while she did it.They come in a quantity of 12 and they very in sizes 4 – 6 in.She can have one every week or two.

This item is such good value for the money. The cuttlebone comes in a pack of twelve and are a great size for birds or small tortoises.I got these to keep the beak of my tortoise trimmed and he loves to nibble on them.They are crazy thick or to thin that they crumble. So easy to use and hang.Great value for the money, I highly recommend.

What a deal!
This is a great set of cuttlebones! I received 12, and each was between 4 and 6 inches. About half were closer to 6”, which I appreciated. They feel like natural cuttlebones, which was important to me. I didn’t want to put anything in my bird’s cage that was coated or otherwise artificial.These come very well packaged in a thick cardboard box. Inside, the 12 bones are placed in a single plastic bag with shredded paper in between each bone. This kept the bones well protected, so none of mine were broken when I got them. That seemed worth mentioning since I was thinking at least one would be broken.My green cheeked conure tested out one of the bones from this set and has been chewing pieces off of it, so he approves of the quality. I thought the price was quite reasonable for this set, especially given that several bones of the larger size were included. I plan on buying this set several more times. A great buy!

Quality cuttlebone, packed well, impressed
I am very impressed with this order of a 12 pack of cuttlebone from Amzey. The measurements were very accurate, averaging between 4”-6” as stated.They are of the normal thicknesses and not a single one was chipped or broken (which I have experienced in the past with other companies). They packed it well in a bag, packed with paper shavings (see images), and the bag was packed safely in a box.These are a perfect size for my parakeets. Both birds went right for them and are enjoying chewing on them.Cuttlebone is a great source of calcium for birds and should always be provided.This company can rest assured that they will have a repeat buyer as long as the price is reasonable. They clearly show their respect for their customer and believe in providing a quality product.

It is shockingly hard to purchase intact cuttlebone online. I was very pleased when I opened the box of the Amzey 12 pack and every single piece was completely intact! It makes me feel like I am getting a high quality product with these cuttlebone pieces. The sizes are a bit varied, but average around 5 inches. It feels and looks like a decent product, and my turtles, snails, and isopods are really into eating it! The snails especially are always rasping on it and the turtles take little nibbles when they feel the need for it. Overall, very happy with the quality and affordable price of this cuttlebone.
