Quality Ingredients, Great Taste (According to My Cat), and No Waste in the Bowl
My indoor cat can be a little picky, but she’s been loving this Blue Buffalo Tastefuls Salmon & Brown Rice dry food. From the first bowl, she ate it right away and even came back for more, which isn’t always the case with new foods.The ingredient list is solid with real salmon as the first ingredient, plus whole grains and no artificial flavors or by-product meals. I feel good knowing she’s getting quality protein along with nutrients to support her coat, digestion, and overall health. Since switching, I’ve noticed her fur looking shinier and she’s had good energy during playtime.The kibble size is just right for an adult cat, and she seems to chew it comfortably. I also appreciate that this big 15 lb bag is resealable to keep it fresh, and there’s been no waste – she eats every piece.

Worth every penny
Our cat absolutely loves this food. We’ve been using it for years and I’m very happy with it. It always arrives on time the quality is very reliable, and fresh and consistent. It’s packed with good nutrition, that’s easy for the cat to eat and good value for the money, I’ve tried other brands, but this is by far the best I have found and the cat gobbles it up.

My cat absolutely loves this dry food. I give her this and their canned food and she’s a happy girl! She hasn’t had a hairball in quite some time now. I trust this brand for their quality and nutrition. Can’t beat the price either! A bag of this will last her just over a month.

I have a finicky eater (aren’t most cats) who primarily prefers wet foot, but her brother likes dry food, so she insists that she have some as well. She doesn’t like what he likes, so I started experimenting with different dry foods for her. She did not like other Blue Buffalo flavors, but she really likes the Tasteful flavors. I started with the chicken flavor, which she liked, but she went crazy for this salmon flavor. I know it is a good quality food, I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. Luckily, my other cat doesn’t like this, so it’s all hers.

A good choice for several years now
I began feeding my cats Blue Buffalo around 2005, and I have since raised four cats into their 20s, one of them (Cutie) nearly making it to 29. I made the switch from Science Diet to Blue Buffalo while trying to find a solution for Cutie’s twin sister, Lydia.Lydia was losing her fur in patches, and she seemed to be obsessing over specific areas of her body. Different vets suggested different things, none of which helped long-term. One of them suggested fleas, although none were found on her. Another put her on steroids, which seemed to help a little bit, but it came with some other problems. Then my wife met a Blue Buffalo representative in the PetCo store who suggested that the problem could be due to an allergy to corn, soy, or wheat, which was not suggested by any of the vets who had seen her. We tried it, and within a couple of weeks we were seeing clear improvements, and it wasn’t long before Lydia had a beautiful coat.But that wasn’t all of it. We had four other cats – Lydia’s sister, Cutie; her mom, Baby Girl, a formerly feral cat that we had taken in named Bird, and Bird’s daughter, Obadiah – and we began seeing clear improvements in their health, as well, and we hadn’t even known that they had a problem.Cutie was less than two months from being 29 when we lost her, Lydia lived to be 24, Bird lived to be 26, and Obadiah was 24, and they were healthy for most of these years. We had very few vet bills, and I have seen only about three fleas in the past fifteen years, and that was when we were still letting them outside during the day.We now have two cats. Ella is an eight-year-old, and Bubba is just over a year old. The only kibble they get is Blue Buffalo, although I rotate through the various recipes and sometimes mix a little of the Wilderness kibble in with the other. The kibble is free-fed, meaning that it’s always available to them and they don’t overeat.Besides the kibble, I split a can of cat food between the two of them each morning, and another in the afternoon if they’ve eaten what I’ve given them in the morning. They like all of the Blue Buffalo canned foods except for the Basic and, oddly enough, they don’t seem to care for the Wilderness recipes, although my other cats liked them. I also rotate some other premium cat foods into their wet food rotation because they seem to get bored with the same wet food every day.Anyhow, I highly recommend Blue Buffalo kibble. Any of the Blue Buffalo recipes are good food.

Love this food for my two cats!! They are healthy and their coats are shiny. A bit pricey, but worth it.
