It started with JJ
ZippyPaws’ co-founder Jen adopted an adorable golden retriever puppy in 2003. Being the friendly puppy he was, JJ quickly won the hearts of everyone he met. Some of his favorite activities include sleeping with his paws in the air, rolling in the grass, and playing with squeaky plush toys.
As a business student at the University of Southern California, Jen wanted to leverage her family’s 20 years’ of manufacturing experience in the pet industry and her strong design background to create a boutique brand of pet products. ZippyPaws was established in 2011 and ever since we have created toys that embody JJ’s best qualities: playful, colorful, and loads of fun!

Durable, great play value
Excellent and durable if you have a small dog that loves to remove squeakers and stuffing. Great play value. Eventually, the squeakers will be destroyed and the toy well chewed but it’s taken at least 3x longer than other toys. My dog is 11 lbs and chews through all kinds of stuff. Firehouse is too tough for her but anything else….fair game. It’s cute.

Holds up to all the chewing and abuse
My dog loves this toy! I like it because it has held up to my piranha dog. My dog is part Jack Russell terrier that has ADHD and no off switch. She loves toys and as long as she is awake she is playing with a toy. This toy is easy enough for me to get a hold of when she has it in her mouth to play tug of war or throw it without being accidentally bitten by the piranha. The fabric also makes it easy to grab unlike the latex toys that get slimy as she plays with it. The price was reasonable considering how it has held up. Some of the toys I have purchased don’t last a day. The hedgehog is cute, soft, and has about 6 squeakers in it. She loves the squeakers! The squeakers aren’t so loud that they are annoying or distracting. I will definitely buy it again when this one meets its doom.

Well . . . . .I guess she liked it. LOL As soon as I touched the squeaker she jumped and grabbed it and took off with it. Making it squeak, shaking it and having a lot of fun. When I told her to give it to me she backed off and I grabbed it and tossed it and she with running as fast as she could (and she is fast) and grabbed it and took of. She knew I would chase after her telling I was coming to get her.LOL she loves that game. she goes around from family room into kitchen into my workroom and I am waiting for her and meet her to grab it; tug of war and then she lets go so she can chase after it. She loves to play chase with her toys.Our baby loves her toys and we love playing with her. She is now almost 8 buy still acts as she is a puppy. Love our baby.

SQUEAKSTRAVAGANZA!!
UPDATE 2/14/19 – Ok, after 2 months he’s finally managed to rip the head open and pull out the squeaker, but he still LOVES his hedgehog and it still has 6 squeakers left which is plenty to make it fun to play with.UPDATE 1/14/19 – We’ve had this toy now for a few weeks and it is still the favorite toy, all squeakers are still intact and even though the big boy has spent a considerable amount of time and effort sincerely attempting to chewing off the eyes and nose, he has not succeeded! This is one tough toy!!This is a new favorite toy in our house! Our 4 y/o 90lb Labradoodle loves his Christmas present hedgehog. He’s a huge fan of squeak toys but also is notorious for killing squeakers and ripping out stuffing. This has no stuffing and 7 squeakers so we were set up for success. I like that it’s easy to throw and squeaking it gets him really excited to play. I can tell he likes that it’s a ring and easy to grab in his mouth. It seems pretty well made and after a week of rough play indoors and out in the snow, it shows no signs of wear yet. The only thing I would say by way of complaint is that it smells HORRIBLY chemical right out of the package, and I imagine it tastes that way as well. He wasn’t really interested in chewing on it until after we’d washed it, but now he loves it! I can definitely recommend this for squeakers toy lovers!

Loopy lamb dog toy for small/medium sized dogs
My pup loves this loopy toy just as much as the ladybug you made by the same people! Loves the crinkly sound and carry’s it around like a baby, gentle and loving. It will last just as long as he has the ladybug still and now I have something to keep him happy while the other ones gets washed. Always good to have a spare! 😊

I have a shitzu and a yorkie. He loved it. Unfortunately my shitzu never got a chance to play with it..great toy but my yorkie had a squeaker out in 10 min. Had to take it away because he actually eats some it.. but great toy anyway

This is the first toy and only squeaking toy that our red Heeler pup has not destroyed and adores. I bought another one so now had one for indoors and outside, she goes through squeaking soft toys in a day or 2 but not this one and still plays with it daily. Highly recommend!We named it flatapus for a flat platapus and she knows all her toys by name, hedgehog didn’t work

BEST TOY EVER!!! My corgi puppy loves this toy and brings it everywhere with her. It has 5 or 6 sturdy squeakers and even though the fox has been in the washing machine 3 times now, the squeakers still all work!! It washes well and my tough chewer has not torn it , and we’ve had it over a month, while she is teething. I like that the features are embroidered on, so she cant swallow an eye. She has several ZippyPaws toys. Her favourites.
