In my opinion a GREAT LITTER SYSTEM at a GREAT PRICE
First, we have three cats, and one of them had decided that our big, name brand Litter R***t was not a place to visit any longer. So, we spent A FRACTION of what a new one would cost and bought this unit. We do not have the “smart” features of the big unit, but we’ll live with that. It runs reliably, and quietly. Setup took just a couple of minutes. It’s as clean as any litter machine or box system. I love the pull-string cleaning system that closes the bag before pulling the drawer. The cats seem to like the “open air” feeling without being cooped up inside the other machine. Our three cats are getting four days use before needing a new bag and that’s ok with me. At this point it’s a solid five stars and if things change I’ll come back and revise this review. In my opinion, this unit, at this price ( a hair over $150) is a bargain.

Great unit, broke, but customer service replaced it!
This litter box was a great purchase. It’s just the right size.My kittens (now 5 months old) both like this box and got used to it within a few hours of me setting it up. They both actually prefer this now over my manual litter box. Had this for a few months now, originally I set it to manual mode (click to clean) but now have put it into automatic now that my kitties are big enough. So far, it’s been working great!The smell is contained, and the compartment that the poo drops into is well sealed.There’s no app which I actually prefer because I hate how everything needs to be connected to the internet.The only downside that that there isn’t any indicator that the trash bin is full, other than the top stopping half way through during the cleaning cycle, but that’s not really a problem if I clean out the box once a week.============ EDIT 1 ============After 6 months, the unit broke. It got stuck when it rolled back, and won’t come back down. The litter waste container is empty, and there’s nothing in the unit other than litter. It won’t roll back down. I tried restarting it and clicking on all the buttons multiple times but nothing worked.The unit essentially died on me. I later found that parts of the plastic gear snapped, so this unit is dead. Money wasted. Only worked for six month.============ EDIT 2 ============I reached out to the company, and they are sending me a replacement. They have good service. Resetting it back to 5 stars because my unit breaking could be a one-off, and customer service are sending another unit to replace it, free of charge. Good customer service.

Worth every cent
I love this!! I’ve had it for a year now, and it’s saved me an enormous amount of time. It’s easy to keep clean. I have 3 cats and it’s been a lifesaver so I’m not having to scoop a litter box all of the time. Changing out the bag for a fresh one is super quick and easy. My cats love it and started using it right away. Also, it’s saved on litter! So far it still works great and I hope it continues to

Not suitable for kittens under 6 months according to the box, but still can be used in manual mode
I wish I had known this is not suitable for cats younger than 6 months. It’s printed all over the box, but nowhere on the amazon listing. I have 2 kittens, both 3 months old. You can switch it to manual mode until they’re old enough, but you have to remember to go push the button to clean it and I’ve literally had to hold my kittens down to keep from trying to get in it while it cleans. It does have the safety feature where it will stop if it senses they get in it, but I’m not sure if they weigh enough to stop it if they got in while it was tilted all the way to the back to dump. Still a really nice litter box with easy assembly, and easy use. I’ll be glad when I can switch it back to auto mode.
