Excellent build quality.
Serious pump. So much better than many that I tried. Last one? Actually floated in 6” water. This one is heavy, quality, built well and stays in place beautifully. Works like a champ. I would certainly recommend this pump over most that are available at any price level.

GARBAGE!!!
JUNK!!! if I had only paid attention to the one star reviews! Just like many others this breaks after a very short time. Unfortunately I have to take apart an extremely heavy, multipiece concrete water fountain just to get to it – mess with it a little and it occasionally will start to work again— only to fail over and over.. Utter garbage. i’m not even going to waste my time on the other one. All going in the trash.

So this thing pump is basically silent. That is a tremendous plus. Says it will pump water 7foot – I would doubt that utilizing their largest piece. I am pumping 5ft and while it works, it just basically makes it. I like having the extra one in case the first one burns out. For the price it is pretty good. For my hydroponic garden – may need something a bit stronger
