Mount it slightly off-level
This is best purchased for a young bird still exploring and trying to play with everything. My older birds haven’t touched it, but my two youngest budgies have played with it. The youngest absolutely loves it. You have to mout it on a slightly off-level spot. I put it on top of a cage with a rounded roof. When they land on it, thee impact makes it turn, but after several seconds it stops. To keep it going, they learn to step onto an uphill arm.

Almost perfect….but not quite!
Update: A+ customer service! Didnt ask for a replacement or expect much but they made this right by 200%!!! Could not ask for better service! Replacement is 100% amazing! My cockatiel is loving it!Thank you, ty, ty!!!! Could not be more pleased. Would recommend without hesitation!Looks just like picture and description but when I try to tighten the wing nut down to hold in place, it doesn’t get tight. Instead, it starts pulling the threading of the other end of the bolt from the wood base, that should stay in place. I can probably fix it. The point is, I shouldn’t have to fix a brand new item!

Well made for larger birds or small birds with oversized cage.
Made well but it is too big for our parakeet cage which is a good size.would well suited for larger birds with a huge cage.

A Disappointing Spin
“A Disappointing Spin”I was excited to purchase this interactive spinning bird perch toy, hoping it would provide hours of entertainment for my feathered friend. Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The spinning mechanism is quite flimsy and doesn’t seem to hold up well to enthusiastic bird play. The perches themselves are also a bit too narrow for comfort, and the overall construction feels cheap.My bird initially showed some interest, but quickly lost enthusiasm. The toy often gets stuck, requiring frequent adjustments. I wouldn’t recommend this product to other bird owners. It’s a waste of money and doesn’t offer the quality or durability you’d expect.

Fun for the bird and fun for you
They sent me the wrong color, so bummed about that. But the mechanism is super fun. My budgie flits around and whenever he lands on this wheel he goes spinning around. He seems to dig it and it’s really entertaining for me as well. Love it! Highly recommend

My budgies absolutely loved this spinning perch stand. It’s their #1 sleeping spot, the stand itself is good quality and the colours are a nice touch, and it’s dyed using bird-safe dye. Wouldn’t recommend it for smaller cage,s it would take up some space; however perfect for big cages and the budgies loved spinning. It was really easy to build as well, took me less than 5 minutes. This spinning perch is good for their feet too due to the rough surface and they loved picking at the rope, and the rough surface also helps with preventing arthritis. Would 10/10 recommend, worth the money!
