Looks nice, storage is useful
it’s a nice looking cage the clear sides are nice along with the top that opens. assembling it was easy came with good instructions a drill made it faster. plenty of storage for what my hamster needs and so far it’s been holding up nice. just took a bit of time to build. but overall satisfied.

Decent item
I gave this item 4 stars due to not liking the front panel. It’s a bit flimsy and I’m not confident it will hold up to our kitten. Unfortunately this item will be relocated to a room she does not enter until I have a solution for the front panel, keeping our soon to be pet away from the family. Other than the front panel, there are some scratches and a piece falling down. Because they are so minor and easily fixed I did not dock another star. Overall the product is sturdy, and a great concept. With some minor adjustments I believe it will be better suited for my family. I appreciate the size of the product as well as the ample storage space. The product itself also did not have a strong smell during unboxing.

Overall not bad,
It took me about 3 hrs to build this with what they gave me, you’ll probably be able to build it faster with a power tool. Some of the pieces were a bit messed up like peeling off but I’m sure if you superglue it down it’ll be fine. The one thing that absolutely sucks was the film over the part of the cage where the clear hard plastic is, lord it was a hassle ripping that off and it looks ugly cuz I tried as much as possible to take everything out but if you don’t look too hard you can’t see it. Overall I think they should lower the price for this because of the quality but it’s cute and not tooooo hard to build.

Perfect for dwarf hamsters but very difficult assembly
Update:There is a few possible escape points sadly. The center of the back of the sides by the acrylic. I’ll keep this cave until it’s not safe but I’m worried nowAnother update: forgot to mention I couldn’t get the pieces to line up great. It’s sturdy but the cage is slightly lifted off the cabinet. I tested it and it’s study and safe but I’m still worried. Will probably replace in a few monthsAssembly was a NIGHTMARE and the plastic film was very difficult to remove from the acrylic but the size is great! It’s a little over 700 square inches with is great for all dwarf hamsters. I’d never put a Syrian in here though. Especially not a female Syrian. It seems pretty sturdy but I’ve only dragged it across the floor to put it in its corner so far. It’s very easy to clean! I sprayed my rodent cleaner on a paper towel and rubbed it all down then placed the plastic mat on the bottom to protect the wood. It fits everything you need for a dwarf hamster and holds lots of bedding. The bedding in my photos is an entire bag (30 ml size) of bedding. After assembly it’s actually an amazing cage. Very beautiful and has lots of storage. It’s very heavy though.Specs you should know:-The bars on top are approximately 3/4” apart.-The floor space is approximately 710 square inches.Here in the US the bear minimum for hamsters is 600 square inches but for Syrians you should aim for over 900 square inches.My only true complaint is the assembly was so difficult it caused minor damages. The actual cage is fine and safe but the cupboard part has slight damages due to assembly being so difficult and heavy. Instructions say 1 to 2 people for assembly but I say 2 people minimum! The wood is very heavy too. So be careful!For size reference: the wheel in my photos is 8” and the water bottle is a 4 oz water bottle in an acrylic holder. Hopefully that helps visualize the size better because it’s bigger in person!
