Made runny stool solid, increased energy levels, and puppy loves the taste
Key Points:-You get what you pay for & this is worth the money-Helped turn my puppy’s stool from very runny into a solid consistency within less than 4 days-Helped turn my lethargic puppy into a more energetic one-1st listed ingredients are what to look at & this food did not disappoint; avoid cornmeal being listed as a 1st ingredient, especially for puppies-Some people say BB is too pricey, but puppies need healthy growth and their food is not something you should cut costs on. Instead, to save money, I recommend grabbing toys, collar, leash, bowls, treat container, food mat, etc. from places like Dollar Tree or Amazon Haul because you are going to have to replace a lot of those things as they grow anyway.-If you really don’t want to spend too much money on this food & that’s the only reason holding you back from ordering, save the money on other pup items you buy and put the excess towards this Blue Buffalo pup food for the sake of your pup’s growth!! :)Description of my puppy’s specific experience:My 7 week old ACD pup had been getting pedigree puppy food from the breeder and his stools were extremely runny when I first got him; I’ve had great experiences in the past with Blue Buffalo, but not this specific one. I took a few days to mix this with his previous food so his tummy wouldn’t get upset. Let’s just say, he could not seem to eat fast enough which was a complete shock after not being able to get him to eat or be interested in food at all beforehand. He picked around his old food to get only the BB kibbles; he eventually would come back around and eat maybe 5 total kibbles of the pedigree. ANYWAY, since starting the BB food, his stool started getting more and more solid every day until complete transition. In addition to this, he showed an extreme change in his energy levels–this food definitely made him more energetic in comparison to his old food with “fillers”–which is what I wanted because he was quite lethargic before!Summary:-100% recommend this food, especially for picky pups-You won’t regret the purchase and neither will your dog! 🙂

I have Doberman Pinschers. And Blue Buffalo has my dogs coat so clean they don’t use it as much and plus they love all the different flavors

Good quality food
We’ve been feeding our pups this food since we adopted them, good quality food, they’ve had no stomach issues and have grown like crazy… 7 month old female Pitadores that weigh about 45 lbs each.At this point, I buy a 30lb bag about every other week and plan to keep them on this food until they’re a year old.They seems to really like the flavor, I definitely recommend this food for a healthy growing pup.

Our finicky pup loved this food. The ease of subscribe and save meant we never ran out and that it was a better price than else where. Chicken free meant no stomach issues and for her. We did notice an odor once we got to the bottom of the bag but that may be because of the heat of where we were storing it as it hasn’t happened since it’s cooled off outside.

Bruno Approves – And He’s a Frenchie, So He’s Picky
Let me introduce you to the most dramatic food critic in my house — my French Bulldog, Bruno. This dog turns his nose up at more meals than Gordon Ramsay on a bad day. But Blue Buffalo Life Protection Puppy Formula? He acts like I just served him a five-star meal on fine china.The lamb & oatmeal recipe smells decent (for dog food) and doesn’t upset his royal tummy. I like that it’s made with natural ingredients, and the added DHA and ARA are great for his puppy brain — which, let’s be honest, could use all the help it can get during his zoomie sessions.His coat looks healthier, his energy is up (sometimes too up), and best of all — he actually eats it without the dramatic side-eye. If Bruno could write a review, he’d probably say “10/10, would woof again.”If you’ve got a picky pup with high standards like mine, give this a shot. Bruno gives it two paws up. 🐾🐾
