Awesome cages! So easy to transport!
My three pigs normally live in a topless 4×4 c&c cage with a 1×1 loft but I needed to buy a travel cage for them with a top as I was due to house sit for a family that had cats and I wanted to bring my pigs with me (and not have them be attacked by the cats). I decided to buy two of these cages since I saw someone else in the reviews had connected two and I wanted to give my pigs a similar space to how they have at home. The cages came with clear instructions and were so easy to set up. What I love the most are the canvas bottoms and how the entire cages fold down easily into a small format making it super easy to transport the cages around (I drive a small hatchback and don’t have much space). In order to connect the two cages, I removed two doors from the cages with some pliers and placed the two cages next to one together. The tops to the cages open making it easy to clean up daily.I highly recommend these cages because of the price, how easy they are to transport, and how easy they are to clean!

I love this cage! I read all of the reviews about how hard it is to put together so I was worried about that. It was super easy to set up. My 9 year old did it and didn’t even have to look at the instruction booklet. The cage part is already put together so you just have to place it on top of the canvas, then pull the loops over to secure it to the straight bar. I love the size!! It is plenty big for our two guinea pigs. They really seem to be happy in their new home. I will agree it is not sturdy. As long as you put it together where it will stay this is not a big deal….or just take the pets out and then move it. It is only as hard as you make it. We use a bath towel on the bottom and over it in fleece…super easy to clean daily and to change out everything weekly. I am very satisfied with this product!! Great size cage for the money. Well worth it.

Using it for quail but…
I’m actually using this for my growout quail so I can grow them out/sort them into groups before selling them. I’ve never kept guinea pigs or rabbits but this seems fine for young ones or as a “home base” for free ranging critters.Bought them because they hit what I needed: right price, right size to stack, easy to assemble/dissemble.That being said, they are not sturdy even with the divider and the roof. Zipties along the joints are your friends if your animals jump on the bars (quail do not so this is a non-issue for me). I purchased 2 cages – one was relatively OK put together with a little elbow grease and some pliers but the other cage was a struggle. The struggle one’s canvas wouldn’t go on right and the roof seemed slightly off in size. I wouldn’t say they’re difficult to put together but I can see how your mileage may vary because the cages don’t seem entirely consistent in quality. You will want pliers if you plan to latch the roof down with the clips provided. And ofc the base is canvas so you will want something solid underneath – I stacked them on top of each other with the cardboard they came in as a cushion/buffer for the bottom of the cage. Maybe I put them on wrong but if you put the shelf in the corner it may interfere with the door – I wasn’t planning to use that side so it I didn’t bother checking to see if it could be fixed or put a lot of effort into where I hooked them.Reasonable cage for the price. May purchase a few more in the future if I get around to making a shelving until to hold them perm.

Good & Affordable option over the Midwest Cage
This cage kept my 2 guinea pigs happy. They had space to run. I was able to place two hideys inside and their food dish’s. I used the shelf for hay and they liked the option of being able to climb on it. I also switched it up and moved the shelf higher so they could hide under it. They liked that as well. Using it for hay was best for me because the hay did not end up all over their cage.This cage is great.Cleaning is tedious because of the size and well, guinea pigs are messy. I used a big dustpan to scoop the bedding out and used paper liners underneath the bedding to keep the canvas clean.TO ASSEMBLE: you will need to lay the canvas flat, place the cage on the canvas, pinch the corners of the cage so they fold in, pull the rods through the canvas holes. They go on the inside of the cage. The big loops at the end of the rods will rest on each corner. Fold the Velcro flaps along the cage walls. I did it in that order, I think or similar. Hopefully this helps a bit cause the directions are a little confusing.This was way less expensive than the Midwest and it works perfectly. Save your MONEY!

Compré esta jaula ya que la que tenía anteriormente estaba muy destrozada.Como suelo moverme mucho me parecía un poco jaleo andar moviendo la otra jaula entera por lo que decidí comprar una jaula plegable.El montaje es un poco engorroso si lo comparo con la jaula que tenía antes, al tener que andar montando la base y demás pero una vez montada se ve rígida.La limpieza es un poco más complicada que una jaula de base rígida pero al tener la parte de arriba completamente abierta se puede barrer el lecho y limpiar la lona fácilmente, por lo que no es necesario desmontar la jaula cada vez que se quiera limpiar.Mi cobaya se acostumbró enseguida a ella y pasa gran parte del tiempo dentro (aunque tiene una de las puertas abierta para que salga).Lo que mas me ha gustado es que se puede trasportar fácilmente (en una bolsa) ocupa poco espacio una vez plegada y la rejilla puede servir para usarla a modo de cerco en un jardín (aunque no viene nada para cubrir por encima y sería importante para evitar que aves o felinos ataquen a los animales).Lo que menos me ha gustado ha sido que la puerta abierta no queda completamente pegada a la rejilla y la tengo que sujetar con una pinza para evitar que la cobaya se meta por debajo y pueda quedar atrapada.

Ho acquistato questo recinto per il mio porcellino d’India soprattutto perché ha la base in tela impermeabile. È facile da montare e sicuramente anche da pulire. Le parti metalliche non presentano punti pericolosi. Poi sulla base uno può mettere vari tappetini in base alle proprie necessità. Il recinto presenta due aperture. Il mio porcellino non ha la tendenza ad arrampicarsi, se i vostri animaletti lo fanno vi consiglio di rendere la base del recinto più stabile.
