These things are huge
I got these for my budgies and cockatiel. They liked them. I liked the fact that the cuttlebones were individually packaged, each in their own box, inside a bigger box. No broken ones as is so typical of others when received. They were huge as well, bigger than my normal size cuttlebone holder would hold, but that’s a good thing. I would recommend.

The real deal
These are actual cuttle bones from the Cuttlefish. For anyone that has had friends for any period of time the price is going up quite a bit from what they used to be. These are one of the more economical ones that I have found. These are especially important for the smaller birds such as finches or canaries they don’t have a strong enough beak for a comparable mineral block.

Never disappointed
I have ordered these three times now, and none have arrived broken. The sizes are varied. Some are huge some, not so huge. But all clean, in one piece and no fishy smell. I have tried two other companies and both arrived broken, dirty or very small. Since this is my third order, yes I will purchase again 🙃 ordered another box of these. None were broken and two were HUGE cuttlebones. Once again very happy. I wish stores could manage not to break them as you do

Size is a bit of a crap shoot.
I ordered three of these. The first one I opened was quite small. The next was really nice sized, and the third I could tell was smaller again before I opened the box because it was lighter weight. It turned out to be of medium size, so it is a bit of a crap shoot. They were not terribly expensive so it might be worth the gamble.Other than the size issue, they appear to be of good quality.

Better than most
Best of the cuttles. Not sure if there’s flavor or what, but our five budgies love this and passed on other cheaper small ones. They kill one a month.

Using for fish
I’m using this for my snails and I don’t see them eating it but it has diapered. Either they or my fish are eating it. No one has died so that is a win!

Tiny and Overpriced
I have ordered plenty of cuttlebones from Amazon but this brand is by far the most awful. The bone itself is tiny, see pictured small hand holding an even smaller cuttlebone, which is also ultra thin.It seems as if this brand has no standard they follow for these bones, as other people received both tiny bones and huge ones. Although, the package does show an item weight of 0.5 oz which should mean the item is dispensed by weight but, it seems dubious.Overall, for the price they charge, around six dollars, they should give you four or five pieces not one. And they should indicate that the product you may receive will be far smaller than others on the market.Either way, there are plenty of cuttlebone products for far better prices, and in much larger sizes, available for purchase from other brands.
