Not great for black nails
I’m giving these three stars because the clippers themselves work really well and the little container to catch clippings is super convenient.Unfortunately, I can’t give a higher rating because the entire reason I bought these specific clippers is because they claim to allow you to see the quick on black nails and all my dogs have black nails, but from every angle I tried, I could not see anything.

Sharp! Safe! Easy To Use!
I LOVE these nail clippers! This is the 3rd type of clippers I’ve purchased, and so far the best! I have small hands and these fit my hands ok but still plenty of room for bigger hands. The blades are sharp so it doesn’t take much effort to make the cut. The light is great at seeing the quick, and it has a small compartment the trimming fall too for easy disposal. Now finally I think I can tame my dogs’ fast growing, and out of control nails, on my own. Oh, and it has a small electric trimmer that is excellent at getting the fur between the foot pads! USB charge. Hopefully they will last.
