Long Hair German Shepherd Approved
Absolutely yes. I kept getting ads for this on FB and found it here on Amazon way cheaper. This is made SO STURDY and works so incredibly well. I’ll never not have one. It’ll last a lifetime too.It rakes out huge amounts of hair on my German shepherd every day. And she really enjoys getting brushed. I have seen some comments where their dogs dont like it, it can be a bit intense so just be gentle with your dog, it doesn’t need the extra elbow grease like a regular brish trust me.I use a normal brush just for her top coat to shine sometimes. But this is my daily. Absolute must for dogs with double coats.Your vaccum will thank you too.

Great for tangles
This is an amazing tool for longer haired dogs, I have a Yorkie and I love this for his tangles. And the foam shampoo/detangler from Wahl works great with it, no rinsing needed, now brushing him is much easier and less painful for him.

Works great for grooming. Helps get undercoat and reduces shedding. Durable and able to use for long coat and thick coat dogs.

The brush and comb set is okay. I guess it gets the job done. I can see it working better for dogs or cats that have matted fur, but I have short haired cats that don’t have matted fur I just like to brush them to sort of de-shed them. As for the handheld brush it really doesn’t catch the hair, the hair just kind of blows away and doesn’t stay in the bristles that much unless you go over your cat really fast. Honestly, I bet the cats just enjoy it to scratch some places on their chin, their head and their ears which my cats love. I definitely see the glove brush working for baths but right now I’m going to try it on my cat that doesn’t like being groomed and see if he enjoys it better than the hard brush. He’s a senior who is very brittle and fragile so I think he’s going to love it in comparison to a hard metal brush.

works very well and painlessly ! my dog is a long hair border collie mix and his fur tends to be pretty high maintenance. for regular use it works as expected and it also worked really well for getting through matted areas. i recently had a bad hand injury and couldn’t do the normal grooming routine but this saved the day once i could brush him again. no pain no discomfort it removed all the hair and matts no problem!

Superb set of grooming tools!!!
When you have Persian cats, you cannot go along without needing another rake comb, and I was so pleasantly surprised to see that I got three different types of combs, included in one set for one low price. I have definitely paid more than that just for the rake itself, amazing offer!!!They come in a couple different colors, they’re easy to clean, just be very careful with the big rake comb, because injury is easy. It is sharp, it is heavy, and it will dig deep, so be very careful with that one. I’ve used these for years, and they definitely work, I would not recommend anything else, but you do have to use caution.
