Great Dog Food!
This is the best canned dog food I’ve bought in my decades of buying caned dog food. I wish I had discovered it sooner. It doesn’t have a bad smell as most do, it actually looks like real chunks of meat with some gravy that I might of thickened with corn starch using the broth from the meat. It is loaded with meat. Not soupy. I have used brand names from Chewy and recently changed to Costco. The snow made it necessary to have some canned dog food delivered and I tried this, will never go back! My dogs had no issues after eating the full serving because it is meat and not garbage in it. Great price point also!!

Good price and quality
This canned food is by far the best priced per ounce out there. All 6 of my pets love it! It is a light brown pate texture. Strong canned food smell, but doesn’t linger. No stomach issues for my pets.

Quality and Value
The food is great. Dogs love it. The value is perfect. The issue is the tab on the cans I ordered two cases and now the new two cases six of the tabs broke off and having arthritis in my hands as bad as I do trying to get that can open is impossible. The rim doesn’t fit the can opener so I have to wait for my son to come by and punch down the lid. For me. It’s okay if you’re young and strong, but if you’re older with arthritis is you lose about six cans and two cases because it cannot get the can open without the tab. They break off very easy and don’t open properly but the food itself and the value are great

PUPPY LOVED AND APPROVES THIS STUFF
My little guy (I call him “Lucky”) was dumped out onto the street near a group of Homeless people in the dark of night, then sped off. The Homeless ones cared for him that night. The next day our group stopped by to give the Homeless bags of good clean clothing and bags of food. They said they could not keep him. This little guy was shivering and so cold even though he was tucked inside the young man’s jacket. They said they could not keep him. After thinking about this for a few minutes I blurted out “I’ll take him!” Later that night my daughter and I took him to the Vets office to have him checked out health-wise. He received a good report and a shot for all kinds of dog ills, especially Parvo.He is eating me out of house and home and drives the feral cats absolutely nuts!! But animals know when they have been rescued. He has a sweet personality but very sharp little teeth!! And I have the bloodied scars to prove it! He is doing well and is very frisky, like all puppies are. Thanks to amazon, for such a wonderful price. I cannot afford the expensive stuff. This really is affordable and the puppy loves it. And there seems to be no ill-health effects from it.He seems to really like this Puppy food and the cats take a nibble once in awhile also! I am sorry for the person who reported their animal became ill with this food. I sincerely hope they are better now.

Shipping problems
Good dog food the dogs really like it.The First order got here in 3 days so I reordered some more, it’s been two weeks and according to the tracking it hasn’t even been shipped yet. I joined prime because of the 2-3 day shipping/ delivery promise…Lol Evidently they are getting many items from China now because they are not honoring their contract and many items are taking 2 weeks or more to arrive…Guess I’ll just have to start using Walmart more.

Thank the Lord Amazon has put out an affordable canned dog food again! I have 6 dogs, Pomchis, and they are quite partial to canned food, plus whatever I make for them when I cook as well. But they are finicky, whether it’s what I cooked or what comes in the can, and lately, I just can’t make them happy, and they let their food sit till hunger takes over. lol. Poor things. It’s too easy to take the attitude that they are “just dogs”, because they are so much more than that. They are the reason I still wake up each day. But when the price of canned dog food recently literally DOUBLED, I had concerns that either I had to find SOMETHING or I was going to have to eat what they eat…this is the world we’re in today. It’s not funny, really. I could not watch them getting thinner and thinner while I “eat cake”. But there seemed to be an issue with the Pedigree food they’ve been eating for years, and I don’t know what happened, but they started refusing it completely, and I was throwing away at least 3 full cans of it a day. Then the price went from $16.98 to now often $30.00 for 12 cans! I don’t know what’s up with that, but if they aren’t going to improve the taste or something with that increase, I’m not going to keep buying it. Trying to wean them over to dry food was miserable. They thought they were being punished. Then I found this, and what do you know, they LIKE it! I won’t say love it. But they like it. They LOVE Ceasers, those little 3 oz things…..but they had to get over that, because extremely expensive when there are 6 hungry mouths. So, maybe this is just an introductory price, and once they get a consumer base established, they’ll shoot the price up there with the others, but I am on a fixed income, and I love my dogs, and we should not have to settle for lower quality foods just because we have a few more than most people. I NEED them, and they need me. Some years ago, Amazon had a brand, I think it was Wag, that was very affordable and nutritious too. I had them on that and the treats as well, for a while, then it seemed like overnight, the price went right up there to the level of top shelf food. So I had to let it go, and step down. I was doing ONE and Pedigree for a while, but now it’s skyrocketing. So I’m hopefull Amazon has remembered us little bread and butter people that have built them to where they are, and they will show their gratitude by keeping some of the things we hold most dear to our hearts affordable to feed and keep healthy. Because when they are healthy, I AM HEALTHY.Thank you Amazon, we needed this!edit: Our second delivery has been on DELAY for a couple weeks now. I so HOPE this is not a bad omen, and if the introduction of the new affordable Amazon brand was just a hook, Shame on them! Pease bring it soon!
