Perfect Balance for Sensitive StomachsI’ve tried many different kibbles over the years for my dog, and this one has quickly become a favorite. The ingredient list is straightforward—chicken, sweet potato, and pumpkin—and you can tell it’s made to be gentle on digestion. My dog, who can sometimes have a finicky stomach, has had zero issues since starting on this food. In fact, his energy is steady, his coat looks shinier, and his stools are firm and consistent (always a sign of good nutrition in my book).The kibble size is small enough for medium dogs but not so tiny that it feels like filler. The bag reseals well enough to keep things fresh, though I usually transfer to a storage bin anyway. The aroma is mild and not overly “dog food” smelly, which I appreciate in the house.Something to keep in mind: while this is labeled grain-free (which works for my dog), it might not be necessary or ideal for every pup—so always check with your vet if you’re making a big switch. Also, the 12 lb bag goes quicker than you’d think if you have a larger dog, so I’d recommend keeping an eye out for the bigger size if available.Bottom line: A high-quality, grain-free option that keeps my dog healthy, happy, and eager for mealtime.

Quality Kibble, all 5 dogs eat, no stomach upset, or other issues
I have 5 dogs. Not only do all of them think this food is tasty, it also has resolved all stomach upsets my more sensitive dogs have. The kibble is on the smaller side so I can give it my Min Pin, my Chihuahua, and my Dachsund, but my larger Corgi Shephard, and boxer mix will also eat it no problem. There has been no significant weight gain, diarrhea or other problems on this food. The texture isn’t as greasy as other dog food either, and it smells pleasant. You can tell its a better quality kibble, and is definitely worth the price. I feed my larger dogs about 2 to 4 cups a day, and my small dogs about 1 cup a day.

Such an excellent dog food
I mix this dog food with freshpet for a more balanced diet and my dog finishes everything every time. The pumpkin keeps my dogs stomach balanced, it’s fresh he seems like the way that it tastes and it smells good.

Decent large breed dog food
My golden retriever was a fan of this feed for 2 years, but stopped wanting to eat it unless it was a freshly opened bag. So we switched brands. Good ingredients compared to many other dog food brands. Kibble size was round and small sized for easy chewing. Seemed fresher than big box store brand dog food. No weird smells.

Customer For Years
We have raised several super healthy dogs (Boston Terriers, Black Labs) on this product and have been very happy with the quality. It’s getting harder to find in our local pet stores, so we are pleased to be able to purchase it from Amazon. We mix in veggies and puréed pumpkin and they go crazy for it. The smaller bags are resealable so it stays fresh. It’s also very reasonably priced compared to a lot of other higher end brands.
