Yeah it’s pretty easy to use, not extremely noisy and it stays pretty good without the guards and then any thick or curly hair gets caught pretty hard in the guards.

Very complete set
This is a very complete Dog Grooming Kit. Literally everything I need for grooming and trimming up my dog’s coat is included, aside from dog shampoo and a hair dryer (if needed). The main star of the show, though, is the rechargeable, cordless dog clipper. It’s lightweight, easy to hold, simple to use, and has lots of adjustability. The shiny gold casing is also quite classy looking! It comes with 2 different widths of blades and 4 different combs for achieving different lengths of fur cutting, 3mm, 6mm, 9mm, and 12mm. This is helpful for different areas of my dog’s coat, as well as around the face and the paws. It does make a little buzzing noise, as expected, but it’s not too loud and once introduced in a calm way, my dog got used to it quickly. I’m certainly not a professional groomer, but this set lets me do needed touchups, including nail trimming, in between grooming visits, so I save money by not going as often. It’s a nice set for at-home amateur grooming.

Decent quality
I ordered this as it looked very much like my Ceenwes rechargeable clippers, for which I have misplaced the charge cord, and the replacement cord I ordered did not fit as expected. Unfortunately the manufacture does not quite match my Ceenwes clippers. All the components seem to be of a slightly lower quality, although I appreciate the extra small head which I’m guessing could be used for paws. The instructions are of poor quality both in the data that is not included and the paper and printing. No mention is made of the second head. As I have with very small instructions from other products, I took a picture which I could then magnify, but unfortunately the text in the diagrams is practically illegible no matter the size. The 12mm guide comb was missing a tine so I’m having to return/replace. I used it today just to clean up one of my dog’s back end, and it seemed to cut well. Switching out the cutting heads is challenging; we managed to get one out despite illegible instructions, but it wasn’t very easy; I was concerned I might break the head. As two of my dogs spend a lot of time at a friend’s house during warm weather, I can send this along in case he needs to trim them. In the interim I’ll try to find a Ceenwes charge cord that fits my slightly older clippers.

Terrible battery life but grooms perfectly!
So I’ve owned a different version of this but this particular variant is more barebones. It’s just a turn on switch and the blade distance dial. This fellow does its job very well, I’ve a very fluffy deckhand dog and it takes hours to trim him since I need I usually trim him every few months which becomes a task removing the extra fur. As the title mentions the battery has a terrible life and takes forever to charge! I’m not if it’s just a dud sort of deal but after a few charges, it’s battery has gotten a lot smaller capacity? Luckily it can be replaced but I shouldn’t have to get a new rechargeable battery after only owning for a few months?? It’s tedious. This fella is a bit noisy, it isn’t obnoxiously loud but it isn’t mouse quiet either. I like this but the other version I used to own is a lot better and it’s only ten dollars more! Soo… Unless you’re really tight on money and need a trimmer asap. Just keep lookin for a higher end variant. Sure, there’s a ton of extra goodies but they don’t make up for the clippers.
