The best cedar shaving ever!
I have a bunny hutch and a bird cage.This is the best cedar shaving I’ve ever used.Totally dust free and the aroma is natural and soothing.Only It’s kinda expensive.If the price can be lowered, it’d be perfect.Maybe sale in larger bulk to lower the unit cost, just a thought.

Perfect as described, I was making sachets for our closets, drawers and storage. I didn’t realize how much I ordered 😅 however, it keeps bugs away and stays fresh. Great for other uses I’m sure.

Love these cedar wood chips and the quality.
I’m incorporating wood chips into my gardening, these were used around my trees. Arizona’s heat requires mulch and a woodchip covering to lower the root temperature and conserve water. These are perfect. They smell so good and fresh. Cedar is also good to keep ants and scorpions at bay. Anything Amish is American made and top notch quality.

No curls to be found
No curls to be found. Will not buy again. Waste of money. Smells nice but I wanted it to make potpourri and look pretty. Not pretty at all. Will go to the pet store next time.

These are common cedar chips
The cedar curls arrived and were unlike the photo representation I saw when the purchase was made. They were not cedar curls, but were cedar chips and dust. The product was lower quality than the cedar chips I have purchased for a much lower price from a local farm supply store.

Love this. When you first open the box the smell isn’t strong. But the sachets I made smell amazing. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Once you get your hands into the chips or get things made the scent is just lovely. Just the right thing for keeping critters out of wools and silks.

Good depending on what you are using them for….
It is indeed a large box of cedar shavings. It was just packed into a large USPS box which should come with a warning before opening. I thought it would be in a plastic bag or another box inside. I was holding the box when I opened the top and shavings fell out all over me and the carpet. Maybe put them in a bag? Or let customers know it isn’t packed in anything. I don’t know. I understand trying to keep from using a plastic bag but it is difficult to store this the way it is. I ended up putting it my own bag so I can use as needed. I also expected the shavings to smell more like cedar. Many people found theirs to be very scented so maybe my expectations were not the same as theirs. They do have a scent but it seems so mild I’m not sure it will work for what I need it for. The scent is very important. I may buy some cedar oil and cover the shavings so they will retain the scent better. I think they will be good as a carrier. I am going to keep it and try it — if it works, I will order again. If not — well, they sent what they said they were sending. It also arrived very quickly, just days after I ordered so that was great! Just be aware of these couple of things as a consumer.

Love the scent; multiple uses
These smell amazing! It is exactly what it is: scrap cedar shavings. I love the smell when I add them to an outdoor fire, and they make great scent packs for dresser drawers. There are plenty of uses for them, and you get enough in one box to try out your favorites. I even bagged a few to add to my bug out bag for fire starters. They’ll last forever. Nice price as well.
