Works like a charm
I can’t say this is REALLY gentle, however, that is because the blades are metal. So, just have to go slow and be thorough while brushing your animal. I have two Maine Coons and two Shih Tzus (which is why I purchased this). Both of the cats do shed (though not profusely) and I’d like to stay ahead of the “shedding” game with them. As for the Shih Tzus, sometimes the mats are easily made in their tails and on the rumps. With this, it made it easy to get the mats out and I was also able to get extra hair out that I wouldn’t have expected (they don’t really shed). Very pleased with this brush and I’m glad I purchased it.

This was the best pet groomingtool I have purchased for my dog. She has a double coat. She is a Pomsky. Out of all the pet grooming, tools that I’ve had. This one’s the best. It works well getting down deep to the second coat.

A good brush for wire hair breeds. They don’t shed much on their own, using this once a week seems to dislodge a lot of fur and takes out the tangles.

Perfect! When my dog sees me picking it up he automatically comes up to me and sits next to me and just enjoys the way it feels to get his hair combed. He loves it! This item removes all of the hair with no fuss or muss. It works so well and my bud has a lot of long thick hair. I recommend this utensil to all of my friends and family or anyone who has a dog during shedding season to get one.

Removes that undercoat of hair that loves to shed out autumn and spring. My long haired dog seems to like the feeling of the brush. Still, be mindful of tangles and sensitive spots on your pup.Works very well. I couldn’t believe the amount of fur that came off easily and without fussing.

I have tried many grooming combs in my life with several long hair dogs. This one is fantastic! I have two long hair Collies and two very full coated Shelties. I tried it first on the Sheltie. It felt good in my hand and boy does it work! I never got so much undercoat out of a dog and so easily. I like that the hair comes of the comb so easily because many of them do not. I got a full bag of hair from him and he lay there calmly while I did it. He was not the least bothered by the rake brush. Now he looks so sleek and pretty. Great price for this one. Highly recommend it.
