Nice quality cuttlebone bird toys
These are a pretty good value and my birds like them a lot. The quality is good, the cuttlebone pieces are thick chunks which provides calcium and the birds file their beaks on it. The size of them is nice not too long or short and it’s easy to hang them in the cage or on the cage. I would get more of them based on my experience and the quality.

Really great size
I currently have a cockatiel (around 8 years old), and recently got a red-bellied parrot (thought to be 14-15 years old). I have had my cockatiel since he was about 6 months old, and I have trimmed his beak once. My red-bellied parrot is about 14 years old, and I was told he had gotten a nail/beak trim at some point in the last 6 months it looks a little bit long. I don’t think either bird needs a trim, but it seemed like a good time to introduce more grinding opportunities for both birds.My cockatiel initially shied away from it because it was a new thing in his space. He generally kind of ignores his cuttlebones, and doesn’t really play much. I have a calcium block that he has picked at over the years, but he generally ignores the cuttlebones and it seems to be going the same way with this toy.I was told that my red-bellied parrot is a wood chewer. His previous owner sent along some of his toys so he would have some of his favorite things, and it is easy to see that he has nibbled a lot. I thought this would be perfect for him due to the cuttlebone and the wood beads. He seemed to mess around with it the first or second day, but then we had an unfortunate incident and needed to go to the vet. He is currently recovering in a smaller cage for the time because and hasn’t had an opportunity to really utilize it, but his initial interest, while not immediate, makes me think he is going to use this.The wire appears to be bendy. I just hung it straight down, but there’s an opportunity to shape it if you desire.I love that it has a clip and not a screw on carabiner. I think they’re a decent size. I took a photo with the closest semi-common bottle I could find.If these get used, or if I were to get another bird, I would order more.

Nice engagement for small birds.
LIKES: variety of items keeps interest, easy to hang and remove, long lasting. DISLIKES: none to report. HOW USING: I have this hanging in my parakeet bird room. The variety of items keeps the budgies interested and coming back. The birds tend to peck at it and then forget about it only to come back later and peck at it again. RECOMMENDATION: Yes. It is a good example of a variety item to keep small birds interested and busy.

just what the hen ordered!
life savers! we have birds who insist on laying eggs, this is a great essential way to get these into the cage since standard cuddle bone holders seem to drop them, its a cute you and they seem to work perfectly (mind you they are typically only used a lot during nesting season as expected)

Great cuttlebone option
This is simply the best way to offer cuttlebone to my birds. With the traditional holders my birds would typically pull the cuttlebone out of the holders and drop it on the bottom of their cage and poop on it. I used to waste so much cuttlebone, and they are not cheap. These toys offer the cuttlebone in a way where it keeps clean of poop, my birds can’t toss it to the bottom of their cage, and they can grind and chew it all they want. It’s the perfect solution to cuttlebone tossing birds! I highly recommend!! Oh, and my birds enjoy it too:)
