Nice size and quality
My garden snails love these and have nice healthy shells. I’ve had them since they were barely juveniles. The size is nice, I put two in my 15 gallon for two snails just to give them options on both sides of the tank but you could totally just do one for multiple snails.

My birds love it. It comes in a pack of 2. It is a great price. They are eating it enjoying it.And I don’t think I need to change it out.It’s only been a month but I’ll probably change it out.Maybe two more months we will see, but this was this was fun to watch them.Sit there and enjoy.

Using for tortoises…
I have three tortoises that I give these to, to keep their beak at a reasonable length and to provide a little additional calcium. These were a good price so I thought I’d try them. One tortoise won’t touch it (no shade to this item; she can be picky!) but my juvenile redfoot tortoise uses it often. I keep it near his feeding area and there are quite a few chunks missing. His beak is kept at a healthy length. My only complaint is it’s absorbed coloring from the coco coir bedding and has been mistaken for driftwood pieces by me. Since then, tiny tort hasn’t been as interested.
I was super excited to use these because it has more bristles to it but every time I tried to click it into the mob handle part, it just keeps falling off. I’ve tried many different times and it still just keeps falling off.I’m highly disappointed –

TWO SMALL Pieces of Cuttlebone
I received two of the smallest cuttlebone pieces I’ve ever purchased. Very thin. Won’t last long. Doesn’t come with anything to mount to cage so not what I’d call easy to use. The color was normal. Not exactly a good value for the money. Shipping, however, was quick.

Upon recommendations, I purchased this for my turtle to help him stop chewing on his filter plug. He completely ignored it, but I can’t fault him or the cuttlebone, as this is not made for turtles. P.S. It does float! LOL

I was disappointed that these were so small especially with the waste of the large packaging. I used to buy fresh, large plump ones from a great pet store in Calgary, but it’s impossible to find any like that here on the east coast. They’re always packaged and who knows how old they are. These two are better than some, but I’d still like to find the larger ones. My parrots don’t do anything with them like my smaller birds did, but they’re a good source of calcium so I put them in my blender and sprinkle over their food. Still good to have.

These are real cuttlefish bone. I use them in my aquariums for my snails to get some extra calcium. They don’t get mucky or gross in the water like a lot of the fake ones do. I woukd definitely but again
