Great value travel crate!!
Used this 42″ collapsible crate for our golden retriever puppy (55 lbs) and it was perfect for traveling. Folds up nicely, great quality product, light weight, easy to fit in the car and gave him a safe comfortable space when staying in an unfamiliar place. I probably could have gone one size down but this will be excellent for future use when he’s much larger as well. Or if you have two pups, great space. It can be easily cleaned and the pad that comes with it can be thrown in the washer. This is like having a sturdy pop up tent for traveling with your pup. I suppose it could also be a great space if you are traveling with cats. Excellent value for the money.

Well built.
We bought 2 of these for our cats to travel in during a cross country move. They are better built than I was expecting and offered plenty of space for the cats to move around. One of our cats likes to chew on fabric and netting and these help up to her most destructive attacks. My only complaint is there is very little to no padding on the bottom so we added som to make them more comfortable when they are sitting on the floor.

Poor quality. Poor design.
Got this crate today. It took me at least an hour to set it up. The design is horrible. It doesn’t fit well at all inside the fabric cover. I had to stretch it to the point it almost ripped to get it to open. Very poor quality. Zippers don’t work well. Loose threads all over the place. Pad in the bottom feels like it’s made out of thin paper. Big disappointment. There are so many pinch points they actually include white gloves to help you assemble. Zero chance you could collapse it for storage travel and reopen without breaking it. It’s a shame because it looks cool. But was made poorly.

Reasonably easy to assemble and collapse. I have my concerns about a dog who chews or paws at the door. Time will tell how zippers and mesh hold up. THIS CRATE DOES NOT COME WITH A PAD AS STATED – a pad cover is included which I will use as a standby cover for the pad I had to go out and purchase.

Highly Recommend
I was going on a cross-country road trip and needed a collapsible dog crate for my two English Bulldogs. It appeared to be an easy set-up…it was NOT! It was so frustrating trying to set it up the first couple of nights, but once I got the hang of it…it was no problem. I can’t recommend this crate enough because of the durability. One of my dogs is a puppy and he has scratched on it countless times and I thought the mesh would be destroyed. It has held up with no sign of damage! It folds down to a compact size and very portable in its carrying case. My dogs love it so much, I’ve turned it into a permanent kennel for them. I find them in there sleeping almost everyday. They must like how dark it is inside and has the “cave effect” safe place. Highly recommend!

What a life saver! So easy to put together and fold up. Makes traveling with pets so much easier. Durable material and true to size. Multiple zipper openings so it can fit into any spot you need with an exit/entrance.

Great kennel
When I received the kennel I was a little aggravated because I couldn’t put it together myself. I petite and just didn’t have the reach or strength to. So with my husband’s helpwe got it put together.To my delight, I found it was very well made, great quality and my dog really liked it. Two things the buyer should know is that the pad inside is very thin. It’s a zippered (pillow type case) so I took some 2 inch foam and cut it to fit in the case. Worked great. The other thing is the carrying bag is not as big as the picture on the web site. You tightly fold the kennel with the cover still on it and it will fit the bag. We put it together, and left it up a few days then folded down and put in bag. I’m hoping when we get ready to use it on a trip that I’ll be able to do by myself. Either way I’m very happy with great quality and definitely would recommend.

42 Inch Collapsible Travel Dog Crate
Buyer Beware: This 42 inch collapsible travel dog crate with mesh walls is a concept that FAILED MISERABLY 1- Ease of USE: The purpose of the crate is have a collapsible dog crate for travel. There are 12 bars that are all equally difficult to put in place, requiring a lot of strength to push the red locks into place, and once in place impossible to collapse for storage. I had multiple people attempt to assemble and collapse for me. One bar snapped and broke off on the 2nd use. So fails at being collapsible 2- NOT BREATHABLE: The heavy duty mesh is to prevent chewing. HOWEVER, NO air gets through the heavy duty mesh. I would not recommend using outdoors in the summer with fans. Save your money. Do not buy!
