Very sturdy
My 2 parakeets were eating the long perches until they would snap in half. I love these because of the sturdiness. They aren’t long so it gives my babies room to fly around.

Worked well, bit smaller than I thought but my cockatiels love it. Much better for their feet, if you have dowel rods, change em! They give the birds sores, they can die.

These are great. Got our Conure a new cage and after a few days she had chewed through a couple of the dowels that ran the width of the cage. I got these to put in their place and she loves these much better.

Small bird perches
I hoped these perches were thick enough to support a cockatiel, which is the smallest “parrot” but sadly most do not or will not once the bird is fully grown. Only the two thick perches work. The three thinner perches are too thin and are never used by the cockatiel. The two small platforms only work when installed directly together and that is only with a cockatiel that is a few months old. These are more suitable for a budgie, finch, or canary. The photos misrepresent the size. Only the measurement photo depicts what you get. No parrot, conure, or other large bird can use these, although photos show these birds. That being said, the price is acceptable and these perches are useful for small birds.

I have a male Parakeet and he loves these, I’m trying to get him to rest his feet from being curled all day but he doesn’t seem to like the flat rounded platform; very cute and gives natural look.
