Arrives fast, absorbs and composts well.
This bedding has been great and I recommend it for the following reasons: it has been perfect for my turkeys, ducks & chickens. It has small enough pieces to make a soft bedding, but large enough that my birds don’t continuously try to eat it like other bedding’s I’ve tried. The packaging is strong and withstands Portland’s exstensive rain. I keep it in a covered area outside until I need it. We also used this for our Chinchilla and she has adapepted to it perfectly. It absorbs extremely well and seems to keep bad odors down, and those who raise ducks know this is a big deal. It also composts VERY well when used up. The 40 liters is too little amount for my coop, but as a suppliment for areas that get exposed or lighter coverage due to animals digging, this is a wonderful bedding to fill in those needs. For smaller cage animals, its perfect, for larger coops… you’re going to need a lot more than 40 liters, but I give it 5* overall.

Terrific Bedding for My Chickens!
This is a good product for a reasonable price. It offered odor-control and a comfortable option for my hens. It’s easy to clean and dust free. Great quality, and works well . It compares to other more expensive hemp bedding product. I highly recommend All Walks Bedding!

Awesome product
Use this for bedding in my hen house. Keeps the eggs clean. Durability is awesome and last a long time. The bag is heavy but the bedding itself isn’t. It keeps the hen house from smelling it helps with odor. I would not say it is very soft I compare it to shredded wood but the chickens don’t mind. Very good price for the amount you get. Awesome tracking and fast shipping.

Excellent product — price could be a little better but I’m not complaining.
We have been using this product for more than half a year and have nothing but really good things to say for it, if you keep chickens as we do. (We keep 50 here in a 17’x42′ coup on a 6″ rebar and concrete slab.) We use the usual straw bales from our local feed store. But we do experience a lot of rain and moisture and are finding this material to be an important part of what we do here. We will continue to purchase the product from this supplier or another that can produce a similar product. It’s a valuable addition.If you have fewer chickens or a smaller environment to deal with, I’d have no question at all. It’s GREAT! Just do it!It is only when you are in the size range we are in, or larger, where cost factors become more of an issue to consider.But this truly is a great product if you are dealing with areas of moisture, for example. It is great, generally, too. So don’t get me wrong about that. But especially when moisture problems crop up, this is a great product to try out to see how it works for you.I have nothing but good things to say about the supplier. We’ve received the product in reasonable time and we consider the price to be acceptable, as well. So I am very happy they are there and helping us out. I know it isn’t easy for what they do, either. So I’m just happy. It’s a mutual arrangement that works for us both. And that’s how it should be.Best wishes to all.

Extremely Dusty – Watch out asthmatics!
This bedding immediately caused me to cough and my son to go into a full fledged asthma attack because of all the dust. Do not recommend if you are asthmatic or are trying to prevent dust.
