I bought this perch for our indoor pet chicken to replace the previous wooden perch. It works great 👍: easy to move in and out to wash. Heavy duty : can support weight of fully grown chicken. Small : fits in the enclosure and doesnt consume a lot of space. Our chicken seems to like it. Easy to assemble : easy to put together and doesnt require any tools.Thank you!

Good size and quality
The playpen dimensions are 45″ diameter x 15″ tall. I got this because I felt the for the price, it was well worth having a couple of swap out brooders I could put my chicks while I clean their larger zippered top pens. These can store flat, they are lightweight, and absolutely worth the money for an extra space to keep the chicks. I also flipped mine over in the grass and staked them down so the chicks could be in the grass with their feet when they were a little older. They love the perch, that was definitely worth the money. I got the metal ends kind bc I figure it would be easier to clean and it is. It’s good quality. The chicks never made a hole in the bottom of these, but I don’t think it would stand up against puppies or kittens for very long. It’s super easy to clean and the perch is just tall enough to provide some fun for the chicks as well as being safe. Overall I am glad I got this. The price was great!

My chicks enjoyed this and it was entertaining watching them learn to perch. I wish it was more long-lasting. The end pieces started falling off pretty quickly.

Love this Baby Chick Perch! My bantams started using it as chicks and still happily perch on it as adults. The durable metal construction has held up great, and it’s clear they adore it. Highly recommend for any backyard flock!

Super useful for young chicks!
The chicks absolutely LOVED this. They outgrew it fairly quick… about 3ish weeks. However, I think it was very essential in their early developing to start perching so young. They transition to roosting in their coop SO quickly and I believe this played huge part in that.It was very easy to assemble and very sturdy with a good handful of chicks messing around on it all at the range time. Believe it or not it was very easy to clean all the poop off too (yes even the wood!).
