Perfect destressor in a work environment
I’m an aquatics lover of all water life, animals and plants alike, this is perfect for me! There are currently 4 aquariums in my home office (with space for more), and this one makes #5. But a few things to think about before purchasing this one. First of all, this is a 5 star item. It’s beautifully crafted, functions as intended, and is completely silent. However…#1, The pictures are a bit deceiving. This does not come with ANY decor whatsoever. The “all-in-one” in the title and the included pictures led me to believe it would. For me, this is ok, since I’d rather use my own live plants anyway. However, not having any does drive the value down a bit when it specifies ‘all-in-one’ but requires you to spend more later.#2, It’s marketed as a “Betta Fish Tank”. Many people will have many different opinions on this, but those little cups that the pet stores keep betta fish in are just cruel. The need to swim, and this tank is not nearly big enough for any solo swimmer. A couple of inches of the back of this tank are walled off for filtration and wiring needs, so its actual aquatic area is about 25-30% smaller than stated.#3, There are small gaps between the top of the walls and the lid. My snails have already been caught trying to escape. Fortunately, they were larger ones and couldn’t quite get through. I would not recommend smaller snails for that reason. These gaps do serve a purpose for me, however. They are perfect for sticking the roots of surface plants into. Mine currently has a bunch of pothos cuttings and a few spiderlings from my hanging spiderplant in there right now.Those things aside… It’s lovely. Serene. Relaxing to glance over at during my work times. And worth it, especially if you are just beginning with aquatics. Mine has been running for about 3 weeks now. I precycled it with water from my other aquariums so I could add life to it right away. And it currently houses 4 nerite snails (2 of which will be moved out after finishing a clean up job on the driftwood I put in there) and a single Whisker Shrimp, this little dude has been alive for far longer than normal for his species and has outlived all of his prior tank mates so he got moved to this one as its better suited for size.

High Quality Complete Nano Setup
I picked this up for my baby granddaughter (6 months) who loves watching the fish in my tanks when she visits. I’ve been running this setup for about a week now to get it cycled and I’m really happy with it so far. The unit arrived well-packaged (double boxed) and includes everything you need for filtration including a couple of different options for setting up the filter media. It has a solid pump, built-in filter media, and all the components you need to get started immediately (just add your substrate, decorations and a small heater if needed).This appears to be a very high quality nano tank. It runs SILENT, which is great since it will be set up in a baby’s room. The glass is very clear/low iron glass and the silicon work is neat and clean. Everything about this setup is sleek and modern. Though I haven’t had to do a water change yet, I really like that they added a movable spout that will allow the integrated pump to remove water for water changes without any extra equipment needed. Although this is marketed for betta fish, it may be a little small for a permanent betta home. It’s probably more suited to a few tiny nano fish, shrimp, snails etc. I still feel this is a great value for a quality product and everything you receive.What I Love:True All-in-One setup – includes light, pump/filter, filter media, and lidSilent operation — truly whisper quiet. I’ve kept bettas on and off for years, and setting up a new tank always ends up being this whole ordeal of buying the tank, then the filter, then the light, then realizing you forgot the pump… you get it. So when I saw this was genuinely all-in-one, I figured why not.Everything you need is right in the box. The tank itself is a clean 2-gallon design, the filtration system fits neatly in the back, and the LED light on top gives it a nice look without being too bright. My betta seemed comfortable from day one, which honestly is the only metric that really matters.Setup took maybe 20 minutes including rinsing everything and getting the filter media situated. The instructions were straightforward enough. The filtration is quiet too, I have it on my desk and it doesn’t bother me during calls.For a betta, 2 gallons is a solid size. It’s compact enough to fit on a desk or dresser but gives the fish enough room to actually swim around and explore. The water stays pretty clear between changes, which tells me the filtration is doing its job.The build quality feels good for the price point. The acrylic is clear, the lid fits securely, and nothing feels like it’s about to fall apart. I’ve had cheaper tanks where the seams start looking sketchy after a few week… not the case here.If you’re looking for a starter setup for a betta and don’t want to piece everything together separately, this is exactly what you want. High quality, looks good on the shelf, and your fish will be happy in it.
