Works great!
My cat loved these scratching boards! He doesn’t really sharpen his claws that often, I think his paws and feet in general are more sensitive than other kitties, so he maybe uses these boards once or twice a day! He prefers to sit on them and gnaw on them to rip up the cardboard occasionally which is fine, I’m sure that’s what they’re made for! Immediately upon opening this item, I did notice that the surface when I ran my hands over it was quite soft, almost like the cardboard was cut and sanded down on the top layer to not be as sharp as “raw cardboard” like on an Amazon delivery box, which I appreciated since my cat has sensitive paws. The color doesn’t really matter to me, but it’s just cardboard! 🙂 It’s easy to pick up stray pieces of cardboard from the floor when he does scratch some loose, and I don’t have to worry about him eating it while I’m not watching bc if he does get a piece, it’s just paper basically lol… value for money wise, I’d say it’s alright, it’s just a cardboard scratcher and I liked that it was a two pack for this price, but I heard you can just make these at home yourself too! Otherwise, it works as intended and my cat likes it enough to sleep on it once in a while <3 it's easy to assemble and open, and easy to keep clean! You can even flip it over when you're done with one side!

Shredded cardboard mess but my cats love it.
The cats really like this scratcher but I hate cleaning up the mess. I’m going to try to find something similar but made from sisal and see if that works better. Cardboard shreds too easily and these have to be replaced frequently, so it gets expensive also.

Durable and the cat nip is a plus
My cat absolutely loved it !! Gatsby is super picky when it comes to scratching posts . I was hesitant at first because the reviews I always read the reviews, but I trusted the first five and wasn’t disappointed. It’s very durable and that it comes with catnip is awesome cause my cat gets disease. Would 100% recommend. I don’t really write too much reviews, but this one was needed.

Scratcher that probably save a life.
To start, we live in an area of Georgia (USA) that was recently devastated by Hurricane Helene. If you watched the news, so many of us were without power for weeks. Our household and cat rescue was without power for 20 days. This sets the backdrop.Our order of Coching Cat Scratcher had arrived on September 25. We put the scratchers out for our special-needs cat to play with on the 26th. On that night, the hurricane roared through our area with horrific effects.Now, in one room of our house, we have a special needs cat who is vision impaired. She has a cat tree in a window that she enjoys looking out of since we have some solar lights and bird feeders (all purchased from Amazon) out in the yard. She often sleeps in this little cat tree that is in front of the window.On the night of the hurricane, she was not in her tree, but playing on her new scratcher. We heard a crash/thud about 3:00 AM and immediately begun investigating. Upon opening to door to the room, we saw a huge tree that had crushed the wall and window where her cat tree was. Fortunately, our cat was on her new scratcher when the real outside tree crushed her inside cat tree. We immediately grabbed her up and relocated her to a safer area. She is doing well after several days of shock and hiding under the daybed in another room.Ok, yeah, not a review of the cat scratcher itself, but this product saved a life.It is a cat scratcher with catnip. Pretty basic, but our rescues love it. It is enjoyable to watch them having such a grand time. Something so simple can give hours of joy. We have already ordered more since the quality is quite good.

I have had them before. My cats love it. it comes with cat nip as well. Apart from using it as a scratch board they sleep on it. Very sturdy and lasts a few months before they have scratched it to death. Worth the money and saves them scratching the furniture
