Excellent Product! Hangs and nearly silent!
I have a large air stone I hooked up to this pump that hangs on the back of my tank. The air quantity is insane for the size of the pump. I never write reviews but I wanted to write one for this product. I can adjust the valve for my 15 gallon tank and it’s basically silent. Highly impressed. 10/10This product would work for much larger than a 15 gallon tank. Be mindful that the more airflow you need, the louder it will get. For my 15 gallon tank when I use the appropriate airflow I cannot even hear it.

Great product!
It is a well-made product and a good deal for the money. I purchased additional ones even. My only complaint is that tubing does not stay stuck to the outlet nipples. It pops off all the time. I bought some additional tubing to see if a different type works better. My only other complaint is that two of the feet disappeared on one of them. If the feet are gone, you have to put tape on the holes or it affects the air production. As long as the tubing stays hooked up, these are extremely quiet and there is very little vibration.

Pump Is Main Selling Point, May Need Replacement Accessories
The pump itself is great, it’s quiet and puts out decent airflow. However, some of the accessories that come with it (check valves, air regulator valves) are not the highest quality and may arrive damaged. For example, one of my check valves came with a misaligned silicone piece inside which caused it to not work.The seller had quickly contacted me about this issue however, and they offered me quick and courteous service of either replacement or partial refund to cover the damaged parts.All in all this is a great purchase (pump is the main selling point, quiet and strong) but you may need to order an extra accessory or two depending on what you receive.

Great little pump, valve may not work though
This is a great little pump. It has excellent air output even with two hoses attached. I bought this one because I wanted something that could hang on the tank and I was not disappointed with this. I have a hang-on-back filter and stuck this right next to it. It has little rubber feet that keep it from vibrating against the tank. It makes a little hum, but not really any more than my filter does.That being said, I was a little disappointed that one of the check valves that came with it was inoperable. I just bought a new one because The pump itself works great so I didn’t want to send it back. One of the air stones seems like the seal around the connection lets a little more air out there, thus not putting out as many tiny bubbles, But I’m still pretty satisfied with the bubble output, and seeing as those are cheap replaceable parts I did not want to take a star away for that.All in all, a great little pump so far! I’ve had it probably a month now, and I would definitely purchase again if I needed one for another tank.

Quiet for a pump, but…
The 48 gph aquarium pump is being used for a 29 gal fish tank with an oxygen bar. I like that it is extremely quiet in comparison to the tetra pump I had before. However, this one is not even close to the power that the tetra had. It is a definete trade off, quiet and weak or loud and powerful. I have a 6 inch bar air stone bubblers and this pump only made bubbles about half way. I also have it hooked up to an air stone that comes with the pump and it works great. The pump actually comes with two air stones. It is light and I like that it can be attached to hang off the tank. Have had it for about 2 months and is still working okay.

I’m in the process of setting up three nano aquariums (ranging from 2 gallons to 5.5 gallons). I love having and setting up aquariums, but I hate the noise of the filters and/or pumps most of the time. This little powerhouse of an air pump is almost completely silent! I set it up to hang on the side of a 2-gallon extremely thick jar that’s going to house plants, snails, and freshwater shrimp. It has little silicone nubs for feet and the piece it attaches to (that lays against the glass) is either rubber or silicone, too. The actual hanger is hard plastic but there’s no rattle or vibration that I can detect. If this thing lasts, I’ll likely be buying two more for the other nanos. I have a larger air pump for the bigger tanks, but it’s also much louder. Luckily, I keep it in another room, so I don’t hear it as much. This pump is on one of the setups in a main living area. I wanted to set one up in my bedroom, but was worried about the noise of the air pump. This one I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t even notice… Very happy so far.

This air pump is perfect! Its small and compact which makes it perfect for my 10 gallon tank. It comes with everything you need including tubing, air stone, a check valve, pressure valve to control the intensity of the bubbles, a suction cup to keep the tube in place, and a clamp if you wish to attach the pump to the side of your tank. The clamp has rubber bumpers on it to reduce noise and to protect your glass from scratches! The air pump itself also has rubber feet to reduce noise which is essential. Speaking of the noise, its very quiet and I hardly notice it at all really.I have a planted tank and the extra oxygen and water flow will benefit my plants health and growth rate 🙂 And once I have my tank stocked with a short-finned species, the fish will appreciate the water flow and fun bubbles. Overall Id say its definitely worth it! A great price for a great air pump kit. And suitable for smaller tanks/set ups. Love it!!

so far so good, it isnt overly noisy, but you can hear it.but i was impressed to see it was everything you need for the tank!!i didnt realize it came with an air stone, check valve and the air tube!!!that was a pleasant surprise, i just needed an air pump and thought it looked good and it had good reviews.I was pleasantly surprised!hopefully it lasts.I just dont like its all white. so it stands out lolbut i can camouflage it lol

Works great! Really like that it has the flow valve that you can turn down the flow of bubbles. The only draw back is it is a little noisy. Very easy to set up and install. Our betta loves swimming in the bubbles and helps keep her tank water clear.

At first I thought this pump is too small but once it was plugged in – it pumps lots of air and is the perfect size for a smallish sponge filter in a 10gal tank. Satisfied with it as it’s very quiet also.
