How long does the scent last & how much area will it cover?
It typically lasts a few hours to a day. Because we use natural essential oils instead of synthetic fixatives, the scent is fresh and light, and breathable. The standard usage of about 1 oz per medium-sized rug will effectively cover that area.
How do I use it for the best results?
Give the pouch a small squeeze or shake to sprinkle a light coat over dry carpet. Wait 10-15 minutes, and vacuum thoroughly. Ensure the carpet is completely dry before applying to prevent the powder from sticking.

Works Well and Smell Nice
I bought this mainly to help with pet odors in my carpet and it actually works pretty well. The lavender scent is noticeable but not overpowering, which I appreciate because some carpet powders can be way too strong. I sprinkle it on the carpet, let it sit for a bit, and then vacuum it up. It definitely helps freshen the room and makes the carpet smell cleaner.I also like that it’s supposed to be non-toxic and safe for homes with pets. The bag is a good size so it should last a while depending on how often you use it.Overall, it’s a simple product that does what it’s supposed to do. As a dog household, keeping carpets fresh is a constant battle — and the Good Natured Brand Lemon Carpet Deodorizer has been a great find. The lemon scent smells clean and natural, not artificial or overwhelming, and it truly neutralizes odors instead of covering them up.It’s incredibly easy to use: sprinkle, let it sit, and vacuum. That’s it. I also really appreciate that it’s safe to use around pets, which is a must in our home (my dog clearly approves based on the photo 😅).My only honest feedback is that the bag doesn’t reseal after opening, so you’ll need a clip or separate container. Otherwise, it’s a solid addition to our cleaning routine.

Absolutely amazing But this now!!! You will not regret it
i’m starting my subscription today. We currently have nine dogs, three large Dutch shepherds four large bully pitbulls, one hound lab mix and one tiny teacup Yorkie. Several are foster dogs and some started that way and ended up ours forever. We live out in the country and have farm animals as well so lots of dirt etc gets tracked in. now I can handle a lived in Home, but I’m very particular about keeping my house clean and I cannot stand if my house smells. I just don’t live like that. So this has been a living nightmare for me. my old house was in suburbs, almost all tile and he carpes were newer. I would clean the carpets with a high-powered carpet cleaner a few times a month and even got them clean professionally a few times a year not to mention there was wayyyy less to track in.. So it never got like this. Our farmhouse is older and we are slowly remodeling, but the carpets are definitely older. My steam cleaner finally went out and the spot cleaner that I purchased on, Amazon stopped working shortly after the warranty, which was a huge bummer so I need to buy a good carpet cleaner that will help take care of this until we remove the carpets. I really want to get rid of all our carpets but so many other things tend to come first. We know once we pull them up we have to do some repairs to the subfloor so it’s going to be a big expense so right now I’m just trying to keep my house is clean and smell free as possible, which is not easy. I have used every product I can find and I’ve tried every DIY hack out there. Unfortunately, most of them mask the smell for a little bit, but the cleaner smells funky too and eventually the original smell comes back. All the stuff I’ve tried has worn out the carpets pretty ba. There’s been accidents on the tile and the Pee finds its way from the grout line to the carpet. If any of you feel the need to help me out and send me a new carpet cleaner my way I would not mind or if any of you want to send me some free rugs or free tile. 😉😂 I’m just saying I wouldn’t be mad. Lol I’m just kidding, you gotta laugh through stressful times ya know, so thats what I’ve been doing until I found this. The minute I opened it. It smelled amazing and just like another Review said it is packed to the top. I sprinkled it on my carpet, and it instantly took that funky smell away. It did just mask the smell, I seriously cannot smell the smell right now at all. I am 100% going to start a subscription today and I think this right here is gonna be my saving grace. it’s gonna be what gets me through until I find a carpet cleaner and then eventually replace these carpets. I do however need to find a little sifter to help sprinkle it evenly and not in clumps. That will help it last longer. I kind of used a lot because my carpets were so bad. Again I’m still looking for a carpet cleaner 😉 😂 I wish people could comment because I could use some advice.But anyway there’s mine, buy this product right away stop wasting your money on cheap Armen Hammer carpet stuff or any other version of that all it does is mask odor. This seems to kill the bacteria that’s causing the odor. You will love this stuff it smells amazing and I’m definitely gonna buy the laundry stuff too and you should as well.

Extremely Strong Scent
I really wanted to love this product because I’ve heard great things about it, and I like that it’s marketed as non-toxic and safe for homes with pets. It does seem like it would be effective at deodorizing, however the scent is incredibly strong. I want to emphasize that I am not someone who is sensitive to fragrances at all, but this was overpowering even for me. The smell lingered heavily and was almost too much to handle indoors.Another inconvenience is that it doesn’t come with a scoop. It makes it harder to distribute evenly without making a mess, and for the price I think a small scoop should definitely be included.Overall, it may work well for odor elimination, but the intensity of the scent and lack of a scoop make it less practical and less enjoyable to use.

Was worried about using a powder on some of my broadloom that are dark colours, but it worked out well. I have 3 cats and anyone with pets knows no matter how much you clean there’s always a little bit of odour when they’re laying all over the rugs. It’s to hard for me to steam clean them more than once a year so this product worked out well. The rugs and the rooms lightly smell of lemon, and it does smell clean. Lots left over to do it many times every couple of weeks. Good product. Definitely buy again.
