Simple, effective litter mat that does its job well
I’ve been using this litter mat for a bit now, and it’s been a solid, no-frills solution. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do—catches a lot of the litter that would otherwise end up scattered across the floor. I noticed a difference almost immediately, especially around the areas where my cat tends to hop out of the box.One thing I really appreciate is how grippy it is. This HCY&WLD Cat Litter Mat (45×26) has been a game changer for keeping litter off my floors. Good size but not as flat as I’d like it even after laying something heavy on it for 25hrs as suggested otherwise it does the job of keeping the litter in the mat off the floor!

Great design, works as intended, soft, effective
Genius design, perfect. Captures litter and then just split open the 2 layers and dump it right back in the litter box. I have a small space, so had to get the smaller size, so does not prevent all litter tracking. Also because I have a long haired cat with fluffy paws which tends to track more litter, but definitely cuts down on the amount that gets scattered around my bathroom. Get the biggest size your space will allow. Soft enough that cat walks on it and doesn’t try to avoid or jump over it.

I wanted a litter mat larger in size to catch as much litter as possible for my cat, but if you’re thinking this will completely eliminate the litter situation in your home or apartment I’m warning you it won’t do that. While it does help to have a larger mat you’re still gonna have to clean around your litter box every few days if you want to really make sure your cat’s litter area is clean. It does stop the spread of litter somewhat so it works well, but considering you’ll have to clean it up anyways you may find that it’s easier to just be diligent about cleaning. Still it’s not an unfair price for what you’re getting so all in all I’d say it’s fine.

Good size
Great product! I bought a smaller one before but every time my cat finished she just jumped outside the mat so the sands were still everywhere. This mat solve the problem since no matter where she jump she gotta step on the mat first and sands drop on the mat.

Cat litter mats helps
There is a limit to how much help a cat litter mat can do. However this one does help to a degree with the scatter. My cat still jumps out beyond the mat even though it’s soft to walk on

I have this under the litter box, with enough sticking out that my cat can scratch her paws off when getting out of the box. It collects most°° the silicate and cuts down on her tracking it around – there’s not enough left on her paws to make it more than a foot or so past the box and it’s minimal (°°even when she doesn’t wipe her paws off and just walks across it). I shake it out once a week and blast it with my shower head w/ baking soda & liquid soap, hang it up and put it back under the box. It’s very fast drying. Before I swapped out to the much larger metal litter box, she had a couple accidents on it and was very easy for me to clean. I have chronic pain and fatigue and maintaining it is really low barrier for me, which is a must. I have only been using it for 5ish weeks, but am very happy with it.
