3. The brightness of the light has 10 levels, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% and 100%.

Good light for a nice price.
Love this light my plants are doing great with it and the amount of light it puts out for my paludarium is perfect. Also the light cycle from morning to night is really nice this will be great for when I add my starry night reeds frogs. The low profile design is nice also making it fit perfectly in stands with low clearances.

Super customizable and convenient
This light works perfectly for my 10 gallon. It’s so easy to set the timer, and it’s always consistent around the clock. One of my favorite features is the gradual fade in and out of the lights; the lights don’t abruptly switch on at the exact minute you set them to and actually turn up a little bit at a time. This is great for my betta, since they don’t adjust to sudden changes in lighting as well as other species, and can get damaged eyes if dazzled.You can also change the color! I set my full spectrum for a daylight cycle, then do a little 50% B + G action for the first few hours of the night. It switches all on its own and I barely give a thought to the lighting unless I’m shuffling some plants around.I’ve used this light for months now and haven’t had a single issue with it. Even when our power went out during storms, my time settings were saved and I only needed to adjust the clock.Highly recommend this bad boy if you want a full spectrum sunlight type of thing for your plants + don’t want to hassle with an obnoxious LED fixture. Definitely a great deal for the price. Just be careful how you scape with plants that prefer more of a dim atmosphere, like them java ferns, because the light is pretty powerful and can scorch them. Other than that, this thing is great 👍 you should get one

Great Light for My Betta Tank
1/9/23 – Edit for correction and update: Personalized programming does not erase if power goes out, but the clock does go to midnight upon power restore and does need to be reset to return to correct schedule. One con though is the buttons for programming are difficult to get to work. Maybe it’s specific to my unit, and also because I have arthritis, but it makes programming kind of annoying.Original review: This light fits perfectly in my 5 Gal Betta tank. The first one I ordered came with a weird oil-like coating so I returned and replaced with this one. There was still some of that coating on it, but it was left so I wiped it off because I really needed a light for my tank. I picked this model because I wanted the 24 hour timer function with the sunrise to sunset feature with gradual on and off to not scare the Betta and because the timer can be customized. I haven’t tried customizing the timer yet, and probably won’t until I get a backup battery because the one con for this light is that it resets if the power goes out which means the light cycle starts over at whatever time the power comes on as if it were midnight and whatever programming you had disappears. The display is also easier to use than the other models.

I like that these have the FULL light spectrum!!!! So I ordered more! I thought they would be longer, so it you need long lights order the longer ones. It has the ability for multiple time settings. I have not mastered that feature yet. You can also adjust the percentage of light and have it increase or decrease to mimic natural sunrise and sunset.

I’m really impressed with the hygger Auto On Off LED Aquarium Light! It’s an incredible upgrade for my 12-18″ freshwater planted tank. The light is full spectrum with WRGB lamp beads that simulate natural daylight perfectly. The colors are vibrant, and it really makes my water plants look more alive and lush. It’s amazing how the light brings out the true colors of my plants, making them pop in a way that I never expected.The programmable features are awesome, especially the 24/7 lighting cycle. Decent light but needs reset after every power outage
Overall, the light is okay. The many customizable options for color, light intensity, and timing are great (but a little cumbersome to set up as other reviews have noted). We’ve used it in a vivarium (though it’s marketed for fish/aquarium), and it has kept the plants happy and healthy. The main issue is that the timer/clock has to be reset after every power outage (or whenever you unplug it; also noted in other reviews). Since we are using this in a vivarium with live plants and animals, this is less than ideal since it stays on for 24h until you reset the clock!

So far very happy with this light, especially considering the price. The in-line controller is easy to program and the instruction manual is fairly straight forward. Build quality, fit and finish seem nice with the low profile look. In daylight mode, the light will increase automatically in 1% increments over a period of time in the morning. Daylight and moonlight times can be overlapped. I have not noticed any flickering and the fish do not seem to be bothered by the light. The brightness seems more than adequate for the 6 gallon pico tank I placed it on and it brings out the colors in the fish and live plants nicely. So far would recommend.

Muy buena compra, la compre para automatizar mi pecera y cumplio perfecto. Tiene la opción de día, noche y 24hrs. La programación es un poco enredosa al principio pero ya que le entiendes es muy facil. Lo único es que si la luz se va, el reloj se desprograma y hay que iniciar todo de nuevo, pero pues supongo es normal.
