Both of my parrots love these…
They seem to be indestructible. I have a large blue and gold Macaw and a medium parrot. The medium parrot destroys everything but these toys.

Big ball for big parrots or a cat
The ball is bigger than I thought it was going to be. I have an African Grey and its almost too big for her. Its not heavy, because she can still lift it and toss it.The ball seems sturdy and I think it would be a great toy for a cat as well.

Definitely not for small birds
These toys are definitely not suitable for parakeets like the title says. The diameter of the toys is already approaching the maximum but the toy is made of bulky, but durable, plastic and the chains are relatively heavy for small birds. Overall far too big. Appropriate for medium birds and up at a bare minimum. Very disappointed for being lured into this purchase. I will be returning them.

nice size, about 5″ around. comes with a chain to hang, although I bought this for puppy enrichement, I did not use the chain so can not attest to its strength. Puppies love to play with this and can easily carry it around in their mouth (this is why I had to order another one, the first one is somewhere out on the lawn covered in 3′ of snow).
