Koi’s Choice Premium Pond formula is a highly digestible, floating pellet food that is suitable for all seasons. It provides necessary animal and vegetable proteins, and essential nutrients required for excellent growth, color, health and longevity. Kaytee Koi’s Choice formula is nutritionally complete, helps turn your backyard pond or aquarium into a haven for all of your pond fish. Kaytee’s Koi’s Choice is for Koi, Goldfish and other pond fish. Feeding frequency varies with water temperature and the amount of growth desired. Never provide more food per feeding than will be fully consumed within 5 to 10 minutes. Remove uneaten food. In warm water (above 60°F), feed one to five times daily, increasing the number of feedings as temperature rises or to achieve desired results. In cool water (50 to 60°F), feed one or two times daily. In cold water (below 50°F), feed every other day. Do not feed below 40°F.

I love this Koi food and my koi do too !! It smells very fresh, my fish gobble it up in a feeding frenzy, they absolutely love it. They have grown well over the 6 months ive been feeding it, i bought 100 koi at 1inch long exactly a year ago next month. I have over half my fish 8+ inches and the others respectable sizes. I am so suprised at the quality of this food for the price. I will be a lifetime buyer of this fishfood now. Great product, great price, great nutrition. The size is good for a big range of sizes but will be too large for tiny fish, its about the size of “Oscar Pellets”. Its a floating food that i give them smaller amounts many times a day rather than a large portion all at once. I like it so much I got put on the Amazon subscription for monthly deliveries. Highly recommend it !

Great staple food
The standard staple food for our guests to feed to our lovely koi. We put this food in our coin dispenser. Cheap but still quality for the price. Doesn’t cloud up the water and good for the koi’s health. The ingredients could be better but for the price, wheat will be the primary ingredient. It’s cost effective and floats. Packaging is great in the 10lb bags

goldfish love it , common pleco will go after this before touching pleco wafers even though he has to work hard to get eat them . very good price , yes the goldfish have missing scale and some deformities they are feeder goldfish, they were never supposed to live past a inch long. the pleco is nibbles , the gold/white now all white is called kisses (her will eat out your hand) the gold one is freakout ( he tend to panic really easy)

We have a pond on our property and there are quite a few koi, cosmos and shabunkins in it. Our fish love this food and it is reasonably priced compared to buying it at a pet store.

The food pellets are the right size for my koi fish and even works well in the automatic feeder we tried it in for times when we are away. The fish seems to like these pellets and there is less wastage, the size being right for the size of my fish. Though this is not the only food we are feeding our fish, they seem do be doing fine with it
