Happy Pig, Happy Life
I have inherited my adult daughter’s guinea pig, as she’s moved out on her own and is unable to keep him at her new apartment. I quite enjoy having him, actually, and I think we’re buds now. I know these little piggies need their hay/orchard grass as a huge part of their diet. My little friend runs to the hay hanger the moment I fill it with this stuff. I think it’s helped build a lasting bond between the two of us.Okay, perhaps that’s just a little dramatic. But hey, food does have a way of doing that. All in all, the size is great for just the one little dude and lasts a while. Great price – definitely beats what I can get locally. It’s a win-win for Oswald and therefore for me, too.

Rabbit enjoys
Good alternative to our oxbow black box we used to get. Rabbit enjoys it as well. Thick and a little more stiff than our previous product.

Good
I buy this for my Sulcata, soak for a few min in water and serve. He enjoys it very much

Freshness
This was the freshest hay I have gotten. The high end pet stores in my area, the hay has been bad and guinea pigs wouldn’t eat it. So kiddos to brand.

Perfect For Fluffy Munchers
Kaytee Orchard Grass is a fantastic choice for rabbit owners looking for high-quality, nutritious hay. My rabbits absolutely love it! Here’s what makes it so great:* Excellent Quality:* The hay is consistently fresh and has a lovely, sweet scent that my rabbits find irresistible.* It’s clear that Kaytee prioritizes quality, as the hay is generally free from excessive dust and debris.* Digestive Health:* Orchard grass is a wonderful source of fiber, which is essential for maintaining a healthy digestive system in rabbits.* I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my rabbits’ overall health since incorporating Kaytee Orchard Grass into their diet.* Palatability:* My picky eaters readily devour this hay, which speaks volumes about its taste and texture.* This can be a great alternative for rabbits who do not like timothy hay.* Reliable Brand:* Kaytee is a well-known and trusted brand in the pet industry, and their commitment to quality is evident in their products. I would put it up there with Oxbow for packaged hay.Overall, I highly recommend Kaytee Orchard Grass to any rabbit owner who wants to provide their furry friends with a delicious and nutritious source of hay. It’s a win-win for both rabbits and their owners! That said, if you are feeding a rabbitry full of little fluffers, you best option will always be to go to your local farmer to source Timothy Hay, Orchard Grass, or Oat Hay for $6-$12 per 60 lb bale. You nearby farmer supply store with have 50 lb bales for about $30 each. However, that is price gouging for packaging and convenience. This product is for the person with the pampered pet.REMEMBER THAT TIMOTHY HAY, ORCHARD GRASS, AND/OR OAT HAY SHOULD BE YOUR RABBIT’S PRIMARY FOOD!!! It is not a treat but rather the staple.
