Vet Approved Great Cockatiel Nutrition
My cockatiels love this food. Always delivered fresh and they eat it right up. However, I do have to use a small chopper to break the round balls up as they throw the balls on the floor of the cage and then refuse to go down to get them. They are such odd birds – but the happily chomp away at the broken up pellets. Whatever works I guess! Much better than straight seed as they offer a vitamin and nutrient coating. I offer these and fresh chop and they have been healthy for many years. They refuse all pellets so this product has been a great healthy alternative for them and my avian vet agrees.

This is the only thing I try to feed my cockatiel. He won’t eat pellets but he’ll eat these. Only downside is they get hard pretty quick, even while sealed.

Great Product, but Watch for Moths
My bird loves them and the tub is more economical than the bags, but they gave me birdseed moths. The second tub I stuck in the freezer for a few days to kill the larvae, but I guess I wasn’t expecting moths and didn’t freeze the first tub.

Healthier than just seed alone
My 2 cockatiels love this. They seem to be more active eating this. They are both over 20yrs old. I keep regular seed and this in the cage. they go to this mostly.

Great product. I was skeptical of buying food online for my bird but I was post surgery and couldn’t get out to buy anything for him. This exceeded my expectations. The product itself is great, it was shipped sooner and faster than advertised and the food was not expired or anywhere near expiring. (which is supposedly an issue for some people that order pet foods online.)Would buy again in a pinch.

If my 4 cockateils could write this they would be saying more please!! I have tried pellet food before and the birds did not like it at all. This food is a hit with them.They took to this straight away, so much so they stopped wanting the seed so much. They get so excited when I open the lid, and its really good as a training treat. They have decided that this is their main food, and there isn’t so much waste with this because if its dropped you can just pick it up and put back in the feeder. This size tub is good value for money with no postage to pay even better. The delivery was extremely fast. I had looked at this product before with different companies and smaller size packets and was put off because the post charge was more than the product itself so took the chance that the birds would like this and ordered this large tub, so pleased that I did.This is my second order from this company and would highly recommend.

My search continues🤔🤔, I have two cockatiel. One is fussy eater the other will eat any and every thing. It’s a very large tub so think most of them will go over before I get to the bottom with just one bird eating 3 or 4 balls a day, I keep offering but hes not keen. I just wanted a ready made second dish of food for them. They love their fresh fruit and veg with cockatiel seed.
