Hello,I recently purchased one of your dog toys for my pup and while she absolutely loved it, unfortunately it didn’t hold up at all during normal play. She started playing with it as soon as it arrived, but the toy ripped the very first night and all the filler came out of the legs of the lobster design. I was really disappointed that it couldn’t withstand regular play, especially since we were excited about it.Because the toy was damaged so quickly and didn’t last even one night of play, I’m not interested in buying another one, but I would like to know what your return or replacement policy is for this situation. Is it possible to get a replacement toy or a refund? If you require that the broken toy be sent back, please just let me know how to do that. Twerking Lobster BFF
It’s annoying for me because the noise but worth it for my lil guy. He loves it on or off. Charges fast and lasts a fair amount of time. We go days between charging. I’m happy with my purchase.

Cute fun idea but needs work
Our 1 dog has the HyperPet Dog Tail toy & loves it very much. I though I’d try this one out as it was different than the dog tail toy. It is nice how this one can be recharged as the dog tail requires batteries.This lobster only wiggles up & down & that’s all where as the dog tail toy vibrates enough it bounces as well as barks & whines attracting their curiosity & attention much more.This lobster toy does recharge pretty quickly which is nice. After the first time the inner device wiggles up & down, it moves pretty quickly so the toy looks like it’s flopping around but after that first start of wiggling, after that the wiggling is much slower & does not change which makes it very unreliable.The advertisement pictures should only show cats and/or small dogs. Cute & fun toy idea but not good for medium to larger dogs.

Disappointment
Fun for a week now the charge dies after 5 minutes. My dog isn’t rough with it at all but stopped working well after a week. Takes hours to charge and dies in minutes.

Fun and Engaging—Just Needs a Bit More Durability
I bought the Mity Rain interactive toy for my energetic pups, and it’s been a hit! The movement and squeaky sounds instantly grabbed their attention, and they been chasing it around the house like it’s their new best friend. It’s a great way to keep them mentally stimulated, especially when I’m busy or out of the house.What I Love:- The automatic movements really keep my dogs engaged.- Rechargeable—no need to constantly buy batteries.- Lightweight and easy for small to medium dogs to play with.- Helps reduce boredom and separation anxiety.Why Not 5 Stars:- Needs a gentle tap to reactivate after short breaks, which isn’t ideal if your dog isn’t the pawing type.- Not built for aggressive chewers/play– i did buy two (lobster and the shark) the lobster apparently was more durable and lasted for a month but the shark was done within a day!Overall, it’s a clever and entertaining toy that’s perfect for indoor play. Just keep an eye on it if your dog tends to chew hard. For the price, it’s a great way to add some excitement to your pup’s day.

So cute, my dog loves it
My dog (15 lb Morkie) loves this toy. It was his gift for Christmas. My little guy is like a child, he gets so excited when he gets new toys.I can’t speak much on durability because my dog isn’t known to destroy toys. But in our case, it’s still in great condition.I love the charging feature. We had a previous toy that required batteries and it was a pain. I keep the charging cord tucked inside the toy pocket so it doesn’t get lost.It’s also motion activated, so if someone walks by it, it will began wiggling. Although I’m starting to wonder if my house is haunted because the toy will turn on by itself.

Update: we bought this toy lobster about a year ago. It was instantly one of our little guy’s very favorite toys and he still throws it around almost every day. It is well made. He chews on and vivisects all toys that he can but this one has proven to stand the test of time. I wish the battery life would last longer. In the beginning it held a good charge and captured his attention for at least 10 minutes. Sadly that doesn’t last. After about a month thebattery began to hold its charge for less and less time until now it will only stay charged for about 10 seconds.This would be a great toy, except for two things:1. It randomly stops working and then 6 hours later in the middle of the night it will start moving and making noise (as if possessed-eek)2. The other extreme is that it just completely runs out of a charge.So basically, with either scenario my puppy gets about 4 minutes of interactive play and then begins whining again because the toy quits working.

Our elderly golden was initially wary of the wiggling tail of the lobster, I reckon it is a typical golden retriever reaction to something new. But he easily got used to it and would play with it until he is exhausted….at his age, doesn’t take much for him to get exhausted. A few times when the wiggling annoys him because he wants to take a nap, he just puts his big blocky head on the toy to stop it wiggling or put his big paws on the toy, and sleeps on it. To which hubby commented….ain’t that the point of the toy? A younger more active dog will definitely enjoy this toy and spend more time with it. But guess what? We charged it Dec 24, give it to our lovely boy on Xmas Day, and it still works until now. Go figure!

Despite it advertising a large dog can play with this toy, it broke after my toy poodle played with it a week.The gear in the unit is so flimsy, it would never last with a large dog.

While the toy looks nice, it is also rather flimsy and proofed to be no match for our dog (rather small Golden Retriever) who dismembered it within 24 hours.Seams came off easily as well as an antennae.The wiggling device came without charging cable. It is not appropriately padded and can’t be stored securely in the insert pocket of the toy.Even though the lobster looks absolutely cute, it is not safe for a dog to play with.
