Our cat really likes these chews
I like trying different treats for my cat so she doesn’t get bored. The WellJoy Cat Treat Dental+ GutBoost chews are a great option that is more than a snack. It’s nice that they combine dental support with gut health benefits. My cat is getting older and her tummy has been upset lately, so anything that can help with that is a plus in my book. The chews are soft and easy for her to chew. They have real chicken and parsley in them as well. I only give her a few treats a day, and since there are 120 chews, they last a long time and are a great value. She really likes them!

Super healthy kitty treats!
These are some shockingly healthy kitty treats!I have been reading into gut health for cats recently and learning how important it is for them, just like for us. So when I saw these, I knew I had to give them a try.Taste wise, my kitty seems a bit on the fence. It is kind of funny because she usually loves anything junk food related, but when it comes to something healthier, she tends to turn her nose up a little. She does not hate them, she just does not instantly devour them like other treats. I have been starting her out slowly, since with things like this I think gradual introduction is best, and so far she has not had any digestive issues.It is hard for me to say if the gut health benefits are working, and I will not make any wild claims, but I also do not see why they would not be helping support her gut health.As for the dental benefits, again I will not make any big claims, but I do feel like they are helping. I have seen plenty of hard treats claim to help dental health simply because they scrape the teeth, but that does not really mean much to me. These actually include ingredients meant to help support dental health and break down plaque, which I really appreciate.Overall, I am pleasantly surprised by these treats. They have a fantastic premium ingredient list with multiple health benefits at a reasonable price, and I honestly cannot find anything to complain about.

I tried to break apart one of these cat treats. They have a crumbly, almost powdery texture when sufficiently squeezed by my fingers. The inside does not appear to be too different from the outside, so the parsley and whatever other good ingredients are likely just mixed throughout the treat.The treats have a noticeable meaty flavor from the chicken. When I offered some to our picky maine coon cat, she sniffed at them dubiously initially, but then proceeded to eat them all up.I can’t tell for sure yet whether these help with our cat’s breath, to be honest, it’s difficult to pry the animal’s mouth open for a sniff. Over time I should be able to tell better, since our cat does have a stinky breath, and if it reduce or goes away completely, I would know that this treat works.Overall this treat’s flavor is well enjoyed by our cat. At 120 chews per bag, they are also a pretty reasonable value for the money. I’m happy to recommend them for people with cats whose breath needs a little bit of help – regardless of whether these improves the particular cat’s breath, they should at least be well liked enough to be eaten, and are cheap enough to be worth a try.

Seems good for my cats stomach.
My senior cat loves this treat. She has a seriously tartar encased tooth. Plus she gets fed twice a day with one daily serving of a dental treat. She gobbles up her food very quickly and we believe that is why she throws up a few times a week.This is new for her taking a gut health treat. She seems to be throwing up less after getting this twice a week. So, it’s promising but she hasn’t had it long enough to find out how it helps her teeth. Obviously she needs a dental and then afterwards we’ll see but she is terrified to extremes to go to the vet. I’m not sure she will make it through a dental cleaning even though she is otherwise in great health.Don’t know if I can get a good answer on this treats Effectiveness in cleaning her teeth.

I’m always looking for ways to help with my cats’ dental health. So, when I saw this, I had to give it a try. The following is a list of pros and cons from my experience with the product.Pros:1) I have 3 cats and two out of the three seems to like the treats.2) It’s too soon to tell in terms of long-term dental health, but their breath has definitely been less obnoxious since starting these treats.3) They are not crunchy, but on the soft chew side.4) Protein in it is chicken. More protein the better.5) It comes in a resealable bag to keep the treat fresher longer.Cons:1) It’s on the expensive side. Until I see drastic changes in their dental health, I don’t know if I’d spend the money to keep up with these treats.Overall, the cats in general (at least in this household) seems to like the treats. No negative effects have been noted.

My senior cat likes them, no GI issues
I have a senior cat (13 years) with pretty severe GI tract issues (small cell lymphoma), so he can be pretty picky with food and even treats. I have to be very careful about anything new, so I always add new foods one at a time, to make sure I can isolate what did or did not upset his stomach. Thankfully, he seems to really like the probiotic treats! They’re soft, which I prefer for his older teeth. I mostly bought them for the gut health benefits and to get some probiotics into him in an easy, enjoyable way. One thing I didn’t expect, but have actually noticed, is that his breath doesn’t smell as bad as it used to. I give him about half a serving (about 7 treats) when I think about it, which also makes the bag last longer. So far, no stomach issues, which is a win for both of us.
