Misleading Description — NOT Organic and Contains Animal Products
I purchased this product thinking it was an organic, plant-based option for my compost project. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, I discovered that the label does not mention organic certification anywhere. Worse, it contains unexpected animal-derived ingredients, including shark liver oil, which were not disclosed in the online description.If you are looking for a truly organic, vegan-friendly alfalfa product for gardening, composting, or feeding purposes, be very careful. This is not it. I am returning it immediately.Sellers should be transparent and list all ingredients clearly. Buyers deserve to know exactly what they are purchasing, especially when it comes to gardening and sustainability products.

For YOUNG bunnies
These are great little pellets, but I have been advised in the past that Alfalfa should only be fed to YOUNG bunnies under one year of age as it is very high in sugar compared to Timothy and other hays. My little buns love it, but I will transition them to other pellets when they get a little older.

I ordered this Royal Feeds Rabbit Food Pellets as an extra little treat for our bunnies. My kids raise both breeding and market rabbits for their 4H project. We feed them a variety of pellets, hay, fresh veggies, and supplements.
