Sturdy and spacious
I bought this for my Guinea pig. She loves it. Tons of room for her to move about, easy access to feed her and clean her cage out. There is a pull out tray that her poop and pee fall onto for easy cleanup And she isn’t moving around in it. She has chewed the wood inside but it’s not destroyed. The top opens for easy cleaning as well and there is a hay trough for her hay.

Great for rats
It was very easy to put together I did it by myself in 15 minutes, I put two wheels in there and they absolutely love the two levels they sleep in the cozy top level and play in the bottom. I would definitely recommend this cage
Pretty good
Pretty decent hutch. It was a bit fiddly to put together and I would strongly recommend using an electric drill, but fits well enough together, is light and easy to move but sturdy in construction.
Great house for my bun bun
This product is great!! Set it up all by myself with a screwdriver. A drill would definitely make the process quicker and less strenuous. My bunny so far absolutely loves it. She loves poking her head out of the top hutch when you raise the roof. Definitely would recommend!!

Arrived chewed, too small
This was really easy to put together, and I did it by myself in a couple hours. I noticed another reviewer has a gate opening on the left side, but mine didn’t come with that. Only one panel to screw down on top. There is still a hinged door access on the right side, but the left side would be a lot more convenient to access for replacing food and cleaning. I appreciated there were pilot holes almost everywhere except for the castor wheels, where placing them on the thin bottom beams actually split the wood a bit. Hopefully they hold over time and don’t split fully.I also noticed that because the ramp lands directly on the edge of the cage with no room at the bottom, it makes getting onto the ramp a bit cramped, and allows limited room for a feeder and water bottle near the door. My medium-sized bunny jumps onto the ramp halfway, and almost to the top. I’m realizing this should only really be used for very small small bunnies, as the bottom half of the cage, underneath the ‘bedroom’ is too short to fit a standard litter box for use as a ‘bathroom’ or as a ‘kitchen.’Also, my hutch arrived with a spot that looks like it was chewed on one of the sides by someone else’s bunny. But honestly it’s too much hassle to return so I don’t mind too much.Overall it’s small enough to fit easily as a piece of furniture in a corner of a room. But too small to allow comfortable moving space for anything bigger than a Gerbil.

Our bunny loves the space!
Cutest home for our new little Vienna rabbit. At first she was scared to go up and down the platform but now she’s goes up and down on her own like crazy. We have the house inside against the wall and it fits perfectly!

Caution for chewers
I was really excited about this. I found it easy to put together, it had great room for my two bunnies. I thought the design was cute and worked for indoor use- then I got it put together.I had to add an additional latch to the tray because it kept moving. I’d also say, definitely pass if you have chewers. Personally, far too much wood for chewers- it was a buffet.

No side doors
There are no side doors that open on this.. I specifically searched to make sure what I purchased was easily accessible for cleaning purposes. That part is a bummer. But I do still like the hutch- my Bunny does too. Assembling was fast and easy with two of us. It’s does have a funny smell as I remember other reviewers noting- but it goes away a couple days later.

Looks very cute put together, but a couple things to consider….
It was fairly easy to put together considering I did it on my own. The one thing that really bothered me was there were only a few pre-drilled holes. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t pre-drill all of them. The quality of the wood is not very good. I like the fact that it is light weight, but unfortunately my wood had a lot of knots in it which made it more difficult to screw the screws in, especially the door latches. It has a very strong smell when you open the box. Today is day two and I’m hoping for my bunny’s sake, the smell starts to go away. It only smells in the hutch; it doesn’t make my house smell! I was also missing a part for the wheels. So now I’ll have to finagle something. With all that said, it does look very cute all set up. I have a holland lop and it seems to be a really good size. I had an XL litter box, and it does fit in there. It takes up a lot of the space on the bottom floor, but she loves to hangout in her litterbox anyway. It’s easy for her to hop in and out of the hutch when I leave the door open for her to play in the house. She is afraid of coming down the ramp but goes up it just fine, so I know it’ll come with time.

Mostly Good – no side door
The product is mostly as advertised. Unfortunately I had to modify it as I purchased this with the sole intent of a side door that I could put up against a pen as the pictures advertise. I didn’t want a pen blocking the front and this supposedly corrected that if I believed the pictures. Best to advertise what you are selling.
