Worth the Price!
I was honestly hesitant to spend over $300 on a litter box, it was on sale for 259 therefore, I gave it a try. After using this for two weeks, I can confidently say, it’s one of the best pet investments I’ve ever made. It works super well for my family.I have two cats, and they took to it surprisingly quickly. The self-cleaning system works smoothly, no jams or weird smells and it’s sturdy. The odor control is amazing, my house no longer smells like a litter box, even when I skip a full clean-out for a couple of days. The app is easy to use and actually helpful, you can monitor usage, see alerts, and even control cleaning cycles remotely.What I really love is the ambient light feature, it looks futuristic and the cats seem to love it too. It’s also quiet when running, and the waste drawer is easy to empty and replace.Overall, if you’re tired of scooping or dealing with messy litter areas, this litter box will truly change your life. Highly recommended for cat parents who want something hassle-free , high-tech and it’s totally worth it.

Good product but needs attention to details
I have owned this litter box for about an year now. First, it fails to connect with the app. After several attempts and troubleshooting, it never connected and I just gave up and I am deducting a start for this issue. So the rest of the review is dedicated to its function as a litter box. My cats adapted to this litter box very quickly. I was worried that it would take a while for them to start using this box. The sensors are very good and the litter box will work as it is supposed to work most of the time (90%). There have been a few instances, where it has failed to empty the clumped up litter after the cat has used the box. I would have to manually press the button to initiate the collection. As the cats use the litter box, the litter quantity decreases and there is no sensor to let you know that the litter has reduced beyond a critical point, when the cats will not longer use the box. So we need to monitor the litter level periodically. Also, there is no sensor to let you know if you have added the correct level of litter (especially the clay based litter). Beyond a specific weight, the drum fails to rotate properly, so you have to be careful with the amount of litter you add. In use I have found that you can add one bag of the 4-pack litter sold at Costco. For this price it would be best to have some sort of screen or other mechanism to prevent litter spill from the box when the cats exit after use. Since the litter box has a permanent opening, it is not truly odor free. The odor level is significantly lower than a conventional litter box, but I have invested in a odor absorbing gel to keep it below our detection threshold. While I would recommend it for its convenience, I think it could seriously use a good upgrade.

Less odor in my house
I’ve got this self-cleaning litter box because I got tired of all the stench and litter in my house. I had this for a while now, and I already see how it’s going to make my life easier. When I had more than one cat, it was practically a part-time position looking after the litter box, but this one removed so much drudgery from litter box maintenance. The installation was very straightforward, and after I had it installed to the app, there was no issue. I prefer being able to monitor things on my phone—whether it is the amount of waste or when the cleaning has to be run—and the app has been very responsive so far. The box is also bigger than standard, so both of my cats have plenty of space, and they transitioned into it quicker than I thought.What truly astounded me is that everything has remained so fresh and odorless. The clean cycle is very quiet and effective, and the waste drawer opens and closes with a firm push, so I don’t catch any lingering scents in the air. And then there’s this gentle ambient lighting that comes on at night that really makes it that much simpler for the cats to locate it in the dark without being too overwhelming. The design coordinates with our home nicely too, which I adore. So far, everything has functioned exactly as explained, and it’s already saving me tons of time. If you have multiple cats and are sick of scooping continuously, this thing is 100% worth it.

Good starter auto litter box!
I will say that this has been a life saver. Cleaning the litter box is the bane of my existence, and this helps tremendously. But it is a cheaper one, and you can tell in certain ways… it’s sensor is really sensitive and gets stuck open sometimes (always when I’m on a trip or something 🙄) and I can’t get the app to notify me correctly. I also wish the app would give me an option to change the weight tracking from kg to lb. Not a huge deal though.I do love that this came with a whole roll of bags- I got this in March and with 2 cats who love to 💩, I just used the last bag of the roll for this cleaning today and it’s mid November.I’ll upgrade eventually, but for now this one is good!

Updated March 1/2026: I haven’t had this for even a year and the canvas is torn; I have tried using duct tape but it didn’t work well. There should be replacement canvas available because the unit still works but now it is becoming useless because of the torn canvas and there’s no way to replace or fix itI recently purchased this one for its size as I have 6 cats. It does an ok job, but often there is clumps stuck that don’t get removed and you still have to clean inside. It also would be better if it held more cat litter so the cats could dig and bury better then this might help with the issue. I like the light and app features and pinch control which gets used often cuz the cats like to watch it turn and stick their heads inside. I am concerned on how long the canvas and mechanisms will last but I guess I will find out. Some minor improvements and it would be great.
