The filter worked normally at first, but after some time, it stopped functioning. Did I receive a defective product?

If your filter initially worked but suddenly stopped, we recommend trying the following: remove the rotating core for 5 seconds to allow sufficient air to enter the tube. Then, reinstall the rotating core.

How often should the aquarium and filter be cleaned?

It is recommended to clean the algae and stains on the aquarium walls with cleaning tools every 3 weeks, and to change 20-30% of the water to maintain water quality. The filter should be cleaned every month to ensure it functions properly.
