The selection of ingredients in the SunGrow betta pellets was specifically chosen to provide essential benefits to your aquatic pets. The ingredients – fish meal, fish oil, soybean meal, peanut meal, rapeseed meal, flour, amino acids, squid meal, beer yeast powder provide endurance, a stronger system, and take care of their growth and stress tolerance. The pellets are rich in dietary fiber, calcium, amino acids, vitamins, and iron. They are a good source of B vitamins and serve as a good protein feed.

Designed for Daily Feedings

The optimal blend of ingredients in our Fish Food provides a balanced daily diet of essential amino and fatty acids needed for growth and multiplication. For community fish, our pellets are fine for daily feedings, twice a day. The small food is just the right size for bettas, goldfish, guppies, mollies, platies, swordtails, and other livebearers. Feed them two times daily, or only as much as your fish can consume within three minutes.

Feeding Tips for Healthy Fish

Do your research on your specific species of fish. Some types of aquarium fish prefer to be fed once a day, while others should be fed smaller portions a couple times a day. It is important to feed high-quality food that is easily digestible and full of vital elements. Feed your fish small portions of food as overfeeding is easy to do.

Overfeeding can cause bloating in your fish. Consequently, you’ll have dirty aquarium water in your tank. You should also spread the food along the top of the tank instead of dumping it in one spot. Keep an eye on your fish, especially the young ones, to make sure there are no adverse reactions.
