Garbage product
I can’t say anything good about this absolute piece of garbage. Every single part is made with the cheapest possible material. The brackets for the roof bent while installing them and the screws cracked the wood. A couple of the corners were cracked when delivered but given the fact that the box was in poor shape there was no sending it back. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star product given the price point but I do expect a 2 star atleast. The directions were just as awful with some steps missing entirely. Save your money or opt to spend a little more to get a better product. I highly doubt this will last through the winter.

Awesome and Cheap
Size is awesome and it looks great. Big improvement over other bunny hutch and i feel just find leaving my 2 buns in there all day. Caster was broken in the package, and the wood is a bit flimsy. I will probably start rebuilding portions of it as they wear out, because i do love the design. Wood is just cheap and the latches are not going to last much longer. All in all i love it, but its got some cheapness to it.

Great hutch
I’m very pleased with this. The only modification I made was to screw on small aluminum angle stock to the bottom sides of the doors so the rabbit would not chew the wood. It was a cheap, easy, quick fix. I’ve had it for about 2 months now and it works great, looks great, and the rabbit loves it.

Shabby Quality
The first one I ordered had “dirt”, scuffs, scrapes all over so I sent it back.Now the replacement is horrible. Box looked like it’d gone through goodness knows what?!?! And when I opened the box and started pulling out pieces of the hutch, immediately the bottom hutch tray had a split on the side. This hutch was only packed with very thin bubble wrap. I give up on trying a third time. 🙁

This is a very nice cage. Didn’t come with an instruction, though it is somewhat easy to figure out. A job for two people. I did it alone. My family is pretty lazy, :). I thought I could slide the panels right in, once I was done with the rest if the product, but was sadly wrong.My rabbit loves it. Her cage is open most of the time, but she barely leaves it. It kind of worries me, but I guess I should be happy she likes it, haha.The wood is very soft. When I got it there where already some chips and cracks, but nothing to noticeable, and there wasn’t that many.The top of the roof and the ladder, is gravel or something? It’s not my favorite, that’s for sure. I don’t know how to explain it really. It a bunch of small rocks glued on to the wood? Anyway, it’s not bad, but when ever I swept around the cage, I notice quite a few of it on the ground.Other than that, I would recommend it to any one looking for a hutch that’s cheap and nicely made. Not for those super big rabbit though. Haha that would be terrible.Oh my rabbit is medium

Over-priced for the quality.
While I like the overall concept (and removable trays for cleaning), it’s made from very cheap wood,and things don’t quite line up for assembly. Because the wood is so soft, it’s easy to over-tighten and strip the screw holes. It feels like it’s going to topple, even though it has held up… I would have preferred better construction/materials.I had the same experience as others with the box arriving smashed with holes and packing tape trying to hold it together. We had to return the first one we received as some of the boards were broken/cracked.Out rabbit constantly chews the wood on the inside (even with plenty of other stuff to chew on in the cage).Way over-priced for the quality. I would not buy it again.

Bun Heaven
Our bunny loves having two levels, and with all the doors, it’s easy to get him out of this as well. Since we have a spoiled bunny, we attached a wire dog crate to it, so he can have even more room to play. We did this by simply leaving the bottom left door open. Not difficult at all to put this together but would be easier if you have an extra person to hold the parts in place. Easy cleaning, and the cats like to sit on the “roof” and scratch it. We use this indoors, and it looks pretty good in our casual family room. The only downside is that it’s a little hard to get the latch “just right” so both sides stay locked..

Not worth the money or the time
This was not a good purchase. If it wasn’t such a hassle, I would have returned it.1. Package arrived looking like someone had thrown it down the stairs repeatedly.2. The directions were not in English.3. I ordered the painted hutch (which costs a few dollars more) and they sent the natural wood one.4. Several pieces were cracked and the wood split easily, so my boyfriend had to repair it.. Between the two of us, it took 2 hours to build, and then he had to go to Home Depot and get supplies to make it sturdy enough.5. We had to air to out on the balcony for two days before our rabbit could sleep in it because it smelled awful – not a natural wood smell, more like a chemical or wood treatment smell.Do not waste your time and money on this product. I will add photos later to show packaging issues, broken pieces, directions, etc.
