Excellent Service – Nice Intro Product (Great Price!)
I ordered this as I have an older Sheltie who has a hard time at the groomers anymore, and figured I could do a bit of DIY, but did not want to make too much investment in a bunch of tools. The vacuum portion is very quiet and efficient. It is SUPER EASY to clean out and has three different speeds. The attachments work well and it comes with plenty of them for any kind of grooming needs. The clippers are powered by the vacuum hose attachment so no need for batteries, which is nice. I keep it stored in the box it came in, and it’s a nice size for the price.A few months in (about 3 uses), and the spring on the clipper head broke. I contacted MAQ Shop as they were the seller of this product. They sent me a replacement head within a week, and I was amazed at how responsive they were. I used both the internal messaging on Amazon and the Bunfly email.

Great product-Worth it.
We have a shihtzu mix and a Pomeranian we keep groomed short and it’s been harder and harder to get groomer appointments that our dogs hate anyway. I researched what I found on Amazon and gave this a whirl- it worked really well, was built solid, and had plenty of attachments. I have had problems with other clippers not wanting to cut my Pom’s fur, and this did fine. It did magically suck up all the hair- I emptied the canister 3 times! I tried brushing my cats and each of them had different reactions- my favorite being the Turkish angora who was excited to get brushed and then halfway down his back he must have felt the suction and freaked out because he flew straight up and bumped the ceiling fan! (No worries- it was off). None of them enjoyed it much, but it’s for the dogs so that is ok. Now to clarify, the sound of the clippers themselves is very soft. The sound of the vacuum has a whine to it, but since it is softer than clippers usually are, and not right against their body but a few feet away making the whine, it helps a lot with dogs like mine that get anxious and to try to bite the clippers.Now, I did use this in conjunction with a grooming bar for our troublesome doggies, and I am glad I did. Cookie has never done well with any grooming. Even with positive reinforcement prior to our grooming, the sound of the vacuum and vibration of the clippers was still enough to send my Shih Tzu into a frenzy if I approached his head or paws. It was much better than anything I had ever used, and I was able to clip all but those parts. My Pom did not mind it , he just needs the bar to stay still. He did fantastic!The only complaint I have is small, but was a pain in the butt. The selection of clipper guards is minimal, with the shortest being 1/4 inch. It looked really long to me- more like 1/2 but it was the smallest. I did not want to go without a guard. I will probably try to find a 1/8 guard that will fit it- the Wahl and Conair we had did not. The other thing about it was the guard kept falling off. I tried to make sure it was on correctly and securely but it could have been error on my part. The quality and overall usefulness of this product makes up for the inconvenience. Get this one.

The Bunfly Pet Hair Groomer preformed better than I had anticipated.I was worried that the vacuum would be to loud and my pets would hate it. The one I was most worried about was my 10 year old Lab/Retriever, Bella. She LOVES it! As you can see in my video, she enjoys it and even decided to lie down as I was brushing her.The vacuum has three sucking powers. 1 is the quietest and least amount of suction and 3 is the loudest and has the strongest suction. It comes with 6 different tools…a Slicker tool, Grooming tool, Trimmer, 2-in-1 Flat Brush, Pet Hair Roller Brush, and a Massage Brush. There is also a carrying bag for the tools. It does not come with an accessory tray as shown in one of the pictures.To begin with, I first tried the slicker tool. It worked well but I think it would suck up the hair better if it was on the highest vacuum suction setting. Although, in order to try that, I will have to work up to the higher setting as it made my dogs uncomfortable with it being so loud.I then used the grooming tool. It does a great job deshedding and getting the under coat. It works great on the lowest suction setting and my dogs become quite comfortable and even laid down as I was working on them. I worked on brushing them out for quite a while, probably over an hour, and I only dumped the holding tank twice. I’m not entirely sure that I needed to have dumped it twice, but I was getting concerned that it was getting too full. There is still a lot more to be done on each of the dogs before they are fully brushed out, but I will have to spread this out over several days. My arms got tired…lol.Cons:*It’s kind of a pain to clean out the tank. Hair gets stuck in there and the filters are hard to clean. I know they are removable and could be washed but the hair likes to stick to them and you almost have to pick the hair off one by one. I don’t know how you would fix this or if there is even a better solution out there.Pros:*Lowest suction setting was nice and quiet and worked great with the grooming tool.*The holding tank is nice and large and allows you to work on your pet for a good amount of time.*The pet hair roller brush works great to remove dog hair from couches, beds and floors.*My pets loved it!*I love it!My conclusion- I waited entirely to long to purchase one of these. My dogs love it and I am looking forward to a little less hair floating around my house. I’m sure my puppers with soon be begging me to give them a good daily grooming.

Initially, this product worked well when I needed to take off the winter coat of my standard poodle, but I used just the regular 10 blade with no attachments. When I went on to use the plastic attachments, it is a horrible cut and unfortunately, I tried to return it two days after the due date and I was too late to return the item and now I’m stuck with it, not a happy camper
