He Actually Sits for This Deshedding Tool
We’ve tried a few different deshedding tools over time, and for whatever reason, this is the one my fur baby tolerates the best. The way it pulls the loose fur and how the different sides work together seems to make a difference because he actually sits there instead of trying to wiggle away or turn it into playtime. That alone makes grooming so much easier and less stressful for both of us.Functionality has been great. The multiple sides really do serve different purposes, from loosening tangles to pulling out shed fur, so I don’t feel like I’m constantly switching tools. It’s simple to use, easy to grip, and feels comfortable in the hand during longer brushing sessions. The rounded teeth feel gentle on his skin while still being effective at grabbing loose hair.Quality feels dependable, and the tool feels sturdy without being heavy. Everything feels secure and well put together, and it rinses clean easily after use. I also like that it hangs up neatly when not in use, so it’s easy to grab when grooming time comes around.If I had one small preference, I wish the head was a little bigger to cover more area at once, but that’s purely personal and doesn’t take away from how well it works. Overall, this has been one of the simplest and most effective grooming tools we’ve used, especially for keeping shedding under control without a fight.

It works, but watch your hands
Not sure how this thing is held together. Didn’t see any glue in the base but it broke apart mid use. Good tool and got a bunch of hair off while it still worked. Easy to use and solid grip. Make sure you have glue handy to put it back together.

The perfect tool for Maine Coon coats!
With a house full of Maine Coons with serious undercoats, I’m always skeptical of “all-in-one” grooming tools. Usually they’re gimmicky or uncomfortable for my babies. This one, however, has earned a place in my regular rotation.The 3-in-1 design is genuinely useful. I like starting with the dual-sided undercoat rake: the 9-tooth side works well on small mats behind legs or around the chest without yanking, while the 17-tooth side thins dense fur efficiently. The rounded stainless steel teeth make a big difference here, none of my cats reacted with irritation or flinching, which is always my baseline test. The foldable 90° comb head is also more than a novelty; it adapts nicely to thicker coats and lets me groom sensitive areas with better control.For everyday shedding, the finer deshedding side pulls up an impressive amount of loose fur and dander, especially during seasonal coat blows. I was honestly a little horrified by how much hair came off, always a good sign. It works equally well on short-haired cats and long-haired ones, which isn’t always the case with combo tools.The handle deserves a mention too. It’s comfortable, grippy, and easy to maneuver during longer grooming sessions, which matters when you’re brushing multiple pets back-to-back. Cleanup is incredibly simple, and the tool rinses clean easily and because it is stainless steel, it won’t rust.A well designed grooming tool rather than a cheap multi-function compromise.It won’t replace professional grooming for severe matting, but for regular maintenance, deshedding, and coat health, it does exactly what it claims, without upsetting the cats or my wrists.
