Pretty Serious Cage
Love it so far. I believe in my heart that I will definitely be sturdy enough but now the next challenge is getting my new Rottweiler to stay inside so I’m looking online for the best way to coax the man and have them get comfortable but construction on this is phenomenal I don’t think there’s going to be any issue with damaged by my dog at all it’s that sturdy! Assembly wasn’t hard at all if you are the least bit mechanical.

Low Quality, NOT Heavy Duty!
Very poor quality crate.The hardware that comes with this crate are low quality. Several of the bolts stripped when barely tightened.The instructions have no words and the pictures are dark and very hard to read and extremely difficult to tell which way the parts are oriented.After 2 hours of assembling this backwards twice because of the poor quality instructions I finally have it together. The issue is that “part #1” has no fasteners and does not appear to fit to this crate. This is an extremely frustrating item to assemble. I have 4 parts that don’t seem to fix anywhere on this.The floor pan is not secure and moves around, making noise.The latches that hold the door shut are very low quality. There is no way they will secure my dog. I will have to weld latches on this in order to secure the door and keep it shut.This item is not heavy duty for a medium to large size dog.This is not a quality product. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase. It is too big to disassemble and return. I bought an item I now have to weld and customize to make it work.The castors are cheap quality. Buyer beware.Amazon shouldn’t sell low quality products like this. This is a huge hassle.

Pretty good cage!
Shipped fast and easy to install. It has a foldable design, so I didn’t have to spend time assembling, just unfold the cage, install the wheels and the top door with a few screws, and it’s done.Some designs are very considerate, the air pole support between the top door and the side door can act as a buffer when I open and close the top door, the lifting and rotating stainless steel bowls have 3 levels that suitable for different size dogs, the double slide-out tray can catch fallen soiling and easy to clean, also the wheels can stop the cage easily.My 5-month-old golden retriever who is nearly 60 lbs love the sturdy and safety cage. Pretty good!

Love this cage/kennel. It’s high quality, and roomy. The bowls are fine and they are adjustment to 3 different levels and the swivel feature is very handy. The wheels work great, two of them can be locked. We added a cover and a Kong pad to it which were big pluses for our golden retriever’s ‘cave’. It’s also surprisingly easy to take apart, fold it and take it on vacation….fits flat in the SUV with about 4” of height alternately we found it can also be stood on its side on the floor between the rear car doors. We’ve owned this for 6 months and would definitely buy it again.

So I read all the reviews and specs on many kennels, this one sounded like the best choice for the dog, size, and money.Like many others, mine arrived in a damaged box with bent metal inside in a few places. The bars are wider, but hollow like the so called “indestructible” gates I purchased that my dog tore apart, so I am uncertain if it will last. Top latches are pretty good, but the front door latches will need more securing. Struggled putting together with no directions, but eventually got it together. Make sure you have space and I used zip ties to hold sections together while joining parts. The plastic trays and flat rails on bottom are helpful . I will likely make a top for it as it takes up so much space. Size was important as I have hounds, and needed space for them to move around.I am like 50/50 on this kennel. Likely won’t return as it is to big to haul in or the pain of taking apart again, but not pleased with bent metal for money spent.Update: Tried sending in warranty, and it would not set up. Person I communicated with dropped ball and never finished. They reached out to me because they saw I had problems with order and kennel. Finally fixed warranty, but said they would reimburse half my costs since it was damaged if I would update my review. No credit to my account. Review went down further. No follow through and don’t honor their word. “A” made it right when seller did not. Be careful.
