So glad I took a chance!
****edit**** it’s been about a month and the u it is malfunctioning. Cat urine pools under the unit, on top of the base. Let me tell you, it reeks!! I’ve messaged the company and they are sending a replacement unit. I will update after I’ve had a chance to use the replacement.I was honestly a little nervous about buying this automatic cat litter box since there weren’t many reviews, but the price was too good to pass up. I’m so glad I did! It’s working perfectly, and my cat absolutely loves it. I really don’t know what I would do without it now – it has made cleaning up so much easier and keeps everything smelling fresh.The setup was simple, it runs extremely quietly, and it feels well made for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one from this seller in the future. If you’re on the fence like I was, don’t be, it’s definitely worth it!

Simple Assembly, Functional and seems extremely safe
I recieved and assembled mine 07/15.Assembly was easy. I’m not really great at following schematics, but this product comes with step by step pictures of the actual product – not drawings/prints – and combined with the video tutorial it was pretty straightforward. I think it is important to note that you need to tighten ALL the screws all the way. The instructions do specify a specific part that absolutely needs to be tightened completely, but I took extra time to make sure they all did because it’s obvious there’s potential for leakage if all seems are not fully drawn together. Took about 45m start to finish, both Assembly and getting the app set up.Per the app data the cats (one 6lb and one 8.5lb) have used it 12 times. It looks like it’s been untouched and contains smell well – I changed the waste bin the first time 7/17. It was only a quarter full. So for smaller cats could probably go a few days.The rotation for cleaning is very slow and doesn’t seem to take much at all to stop, so it doesn’t appear to pose much hazard to cats – it can be set so it won’t run if there’s more than 2lbs of weight. So while I would not recommend for small kittens, it seems safe for adults. The bin itself is entirely separate from the rotating mechanism. But if concerned for pet safety it can be set for manual clean only.Update: Woke up to an odd thumping and found the cat riding the box during a clean cycle like some kind of roller coaster then watched as she climbed inside it like a hamster wheel so I can confidently say it’s pretty safe.

Exceeded my hopes!
I wanted to wait a bit before writing a review and I think we are almost at a month. I have an expensive Litter Robot but with three cats (one special needs). I needed another for downstairs she has a tough time with stairs and had started peeing and leaving “presents” on my door rugs. Can’t afford another robot and was looking all over. Saw this one and even though there weren’t many reviews, they were all positive. First off, it was very easy to put together. Took longer to get the bo open and read the directions LOL. It seems well made as well. Put the litter bag in, some fresh litter inside and a camera to see what was going on when I’m at work. She went right too it and no more surprises! They do say that this is meant for smaller sized cats and I would agree with that. My girl is about 10 pounds. It is very, very quiet as advertised. Really easy to remove the litter bag when full and to be honest, it’s much easier to clean than my robot. I was also concerned about safety, especially with a tripod. Our younger cat made a lovely jump into it as it was doing a cleaning cycle and it immediately stopped. I don’t really think there is a way where a cat could be injured. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase and hope this company continues making a quality product. Not everyone can afford $800.

This machine is a God send!!!
Over the course of nearly four decades of using every other type of litter box, I finally bit the bullet and purchased this one. Compared to other ones of its type, it was reasonably priced. It has decent instructions, and was easy to assemble. It is whisper quiet, and does a fantastic, efficient job of cleaning the box. It also is blue tooth capable (for my phone) so that you can track your cat’s weight and number of times used throughout the day. Once you download the app, it is worth noting that when prompted, your email address is your user name/pass code, for lack of a better word. After that, you’re good to go, for the most part. For me, it was worth every penny!!! I highly recommend purchasing it!!!
