360 degree view, 20lbs, Water washable, Good price, Need a better installation instruction
Per Google and a PetSmart rep, a 20 gallon fish tank size cage is sufficient to make two gerbils live comfortably. I investigated the fact, a 20 gallon cage to two gerbils is like two best friends live in a studio, which has kitchen, bathroom and etc. It meets the daily need, but there is no room for any extra toys that you want to buy for your friend.I compared about 20 cages, I found 40 gallon is a good size for two gerbils. A wood cage is too heavy to move and I am worry about the water damage if I just use my garden hose to clean it. Some cages only open two windows, one is up front, another one is on the top. I’m sure I will have less chance to find my gerbils comparing to a 360 degree view cage.Because of the reasons above, this 40 gallon, 360 degree view, 20lbs, water washable (the materials are aluminum and plastic) cage came to my house.The assembling instruction is little hard to read to me. I put some pictures for people who are interested in this cage.

Horrible pre fab/bad quality control
This product is a total let down, came broken in several places. I now have to repack and drive 20 minutes away to the drop off location and wait another 2-3 days for another cage.

Great cage our hamster needed a new home and this was amazing!!!! All the other reviews honestly i think are user error. Although I would have liked that the front was a bit more sturdy.

Broken pieces upon arrival.
Just ordered this as an enclosure for my rescue hamster. It came 1 day later than when it said it would. It was relatively easy to assemble but when I went to put the top piece on, I noticed that the framing around the bars had snapped. I removed the top from the bubble wrap to assess the damage and it was just flailing. On top of that, the front piece of plexiglass is not very sturdy by itself. It would’ve been nice to have some wood framing around it to support it like the size panels.

I haven’t set this cage up yet since it’s a gift for my child, who will be getting a hamster soon, but I wanted to share my first impressions. Right out of the box, the quality is very impressive. The aluminum frame feels sturdy and well made, and the acrylic panels are thick, clear, and smooth with no sharp edges. I really like the anti-chewing design. Everything fits tightly together, which gives me peace of mind knowing it should prevent chewing and escaping. The top mesh looks solid and should provide great ventilation. Another big plus is how easy it looks to clean. The acrylic panels and aluminum frame seem much more practical and durable than wooden cages. I also appreciate the DIY flexibility..being able to modify or expand the setup later is a great feature. Overall, even before setup, this cage feels like a high quality, well thought out enclosure. I’m confident it will be a great home for my child’s hamster, and I’m excited to put it together soon. Highly recommend based on build quality and design.

Needs Better Building Instructions/Video!
This is a very nice, BIG enclosure for a small pet! Once assembled, it seems a good quality, & so much easier to clean that the plastic cages with wire bars. Also doesn’t leave metal accessible to the critters to chew on. My hamsters were driving me crazy shewing the bars at night & making so much noise. In this enclosure they can’t do that & actually chew on the things I have for them to chew on!That being said, for the price I wish it was easier to assemble. Even investing in a better instruction sheet would be an improvement, but a video showing the steps would be the best. I do feel that some of the features are “overkill” or just make the construction more difficult without necessarily adding quality of life improvements for the animal or owner.A good option if you have other animals that may try to get at your small pet!
