Used to love it until
My Djungarian hamsters used to love this cage. Lack of instructions made it quite difficult to put together. I worry about the door latch (and for good reason! My hamster got out)*edited*This cage is WAY too small according to the recommended 450 square inches of floor space required for dwarf hamsters. If you don’t believe me, please go down the rabbit hole of proper hamster care. I recommend checking out Victoria Raechel on YouTube!

I would like to update my first review , this seller has shown great customer service and the product being shown in my pictures was partially my fault , if u order this cage read the directions entirely to make sure u peel the plastic film off the plastic pieces .. and again I would like to applaud the seller for his/her great customer service and also a great product..

Amazing Cage
Good quality. It is easy to scratch the glass so be careful. It’s super easy to clean, the white clips on the side give you the ability to take the whole top off to ensure proper cleaning. For the money I spent, it’s worth it, my hamsters love their cages (I got two cages). It looks like a little mansion for them and it’s the cutest! The assembly was very easy and quick, the only trouble I had was the wheel but it took no longer than 20 minutes to put together.Only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because one of the wooden “fences” I got was too short to fit in the blocks but I didn’t want to return the whole thing after I built it so I cut the other “clip in” piece and just have it in one slot.

The plexi glass was not clear so you couldn’t see the hamster. Would not piece together like it should and kept falling apart. I trashed it immediately.

Dont get this
Wooden houses go together great, it’s the actual cage that doesn’t fit together properly. Your put the pieces together and they just fall back apart. Forget trying to house your critters in this. Also the instructuons have barely any instruction and the pictures are so tiny.

Vraiment très belle et pas trop compliqué à monter reste à voir si elle va durer . Mon petit hamster des neiges que j’ai depuis 2 ans n’avait jamais eu de tunnel et de bain de sable et aussitôt dans sa nouvelle maison il en a fait le tour . Vraiment très mignon c’est comme un petit village .

It’s cute! But it was very difficult to put together, especially with sparse directions. I don’t feel that it is escape proof or very sturdy. I don’t think I would recommend it for child use that’s for sure.

the other reviewer forgot to remove the plastic protecting films from the acrylic screens. The cage looks wonderful once assembledThis cage really gives you a lot for the money, 2 stories and 2 mini-houses where the mouse can hide.Listening to the video on the amazon page is better than using the paper instructions.

At first I thought it wouldn’t be sturdy enough by the way it was put together but that’s not the case. My Daughter’s dwarf hamster loves this cage. The hamster has so many things to do that she spends half the time running on the wheel or running through the tubs. The other half she’s sleeping and hiding food in her little house.
