Great Find!
Works great on a 70lbs Goldendoodle. It costs me nearly $300 every time I take him to the groomer. This and some hand trimming helps in between taking him to the groomers, going on 3 months now. Just be careful, the side that cuts through the mats is pretty sharp.

I use this for all breeds that are thick/double coated. It’s easy to use, it does help break up those tougher mats, good value for money, and even helped with my personal dogs hair. The only thing I find is it really tugs at the hair so if a pet is more sensitive to things you may get a head snap or warning signs from them

Absolutely LOVE this brush, amazing,it goes through my Havapoos coat like butter , easy to clean , durable, well made, it will not work on other breeds, we have a Coton De Telar and it doesn’t work on him it catches and pulls his hair, which it wasn’t bought for the Coton it was purchased for our Havapoo and works wonderfully on our doodle . Highly recommend!

My doodle and my poodle grow matts with ease. Until this product, I was unable to de matt them. I had rakes, combs and brushes. All would only work the outer bit of hair, leaving huge notes and matts underneath.Usually I would give them a short haircut to try and remove the matts.This tool, the Dematting Comb brush for dogs allowed me to loosen up the matt without my dogs crying or trying to bite me. Thank you for a well designed product made for doodles and poodles!

Makes Grooming Faster & Easier!
By far the BEST grooming tool that I have purchased for my Goldendoodl. The “teeth” on the tool are both longer and wider than others and made of sturdy steel, making it so much easier to get deep down in my dog’s coat, to work out matts. The little steel thumb rest makes it comfortable for me to endure longer grooming sessions…doodles are the best but they require WORK! I always look at reviews, before purchasing, and I read one that complained about sturdiness. I’m glad that the review didn’t deter me. I thought the price was reasonable, to begin with. After purchasing and using it, I think it’s a bargain!

This dematting comb has been a lifesaver for my long-haired pet. It easily removes tangles and mats without pulling too hard or causing discomfort. Suitable only for mild tangles in the fur of your pet. In case the fur has dense tangles or is completely matted, the best and only option is to trim the hair short going gently and carefully under the matting !

I have 2 cavapoos and 1 of them has straight up poodle fur which gets matted easily and I end up having to shave out the matts. The other ones fur is a mix but it works just as well and is amazing for his tail too which usually he hates having brushed. I figured I would give this a go and I’m definitely not disappointed. It was really easy to break up the matts and pain-free for my pups too. The design is great with the thumb hold it makes it a lot more comfortable to use and because the ends of the brush are rounded i dont worry about it accidentally hurting my boys. I even ended up buying 1 for my mum as she also has 2 cavapoos and she said its amazing the difference she sees from just using a regular brush to this. I do recommend getting a good brush as well though, because while this breaks the matts and knots up, its a lot easier to get rid of the residue by using a brush after breaking them up rather than doing it by hand. Without a doubt a well deserved 5 star.
